A+++

We arrived late at night and found that the elevator was broken and no rooms available on the bottom floor. My husband and I had to carry a lot of luggage upstairs and it is a major challenge for us physically. The front desk attendant was not particularly helpful. Some cleaning staff were very nice though. Our room was not very clean. The bath towels and bedspread were stained, the room was dusty and not clean. There was even a lizard in the bathroom. When we were leaving a honeless lady tried to steal our suitcase. We will not be staying there again.

The only issue my wife and I had was the elevator was out of order. The manager did his best by rooming us on the 2nd floor close to the stairwell entrance. Other than that, we had a great stay and will return in the future.

Passable

The elevator needs some attention.
-
The rooms are very dated, though, and could use a remodel.

Solid stay, very clean. Elevator sucks, but that’s all!

Very nice facility. Only problem was there wasn't much hot water due a shower in the morning.
