The staff was great, the property is no doubt kept better than the other hotels in town. However the hotel sits just feet away from entrance ramp of the interstate and you hear every truck & car accelerating, the noise goes on till around 2 or 3 in the morning. Also if you’re in need of reliable internet access then avoid this hotel, i can’t prove it but I am pretty sure they are still using dial up.

Our kids decided to go with us. We paid an additional $60 for the three days which was fine. But when our family visited us and swam for an hour each day we were charged $10 for each person. The owner came outside while they were visiting to make sure we paid. But there were homeless people sleeping in the gazebo and using the restrooms and getting free breakfast. They don't stay at the front desk. They stay in a room down the hall and when you ring the bell they come up front. But sometimes in pajamas. Our door handle didn't close unless you messed with the door latch and help pull it out. We were there for four days and had to request more tool paper almost every day. We had to request them to turn lights on in the pool area. They take all the switches off and control them from the front desk. When we asked if they could turn them on he replied but it's 8am. Well it's dark and gloomy outside and we can't see that well. No ac in the pool area. Hot tub jets didn't work fully. Same breakfast three mornings in a row. Potatoes were still frozen in the middle. Wi-Fi is poor, cable doesn't give you many channels. The worst part was the hair all over the bathroom and stains all over the bedding decor covers. We will never stay here again. Go somewhere else!

Great stay for the price. My wife and I were there visiting my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. We stayed in a suite-type room where there was plenty of room and space to breath. Our room was clean and well supplied with necessities to make our stay comfortable as we were there for about 4 days total. Our hotel manager, Benny Patel, was always accommodating and prompt to meet our requests and needs. We have stayed on 3 occasions as this hotel is exceptionally and well managed by Benny.

Beware! Room was dusty, stained towels and sheets, ants on the window ledge. Smelt like an old grandmas house. Be ready for the dusty bunnies to fly off the ceiling fan. 😳

Beautiful hotel, well designed and decorated. Beautiful plush clean carpet throughout. High ceilings with 2 ceiling fans. The indoor pool was great as well as the heated whirlpool. The hot breakfast with sausage and eggs and biscuits was very good. 24 hour coffee at the lobby with a number of choices such as cappuccino, latte, regular coffee and a few others that I can't remember. We arrived for breakfast a couple of minutes late but the staff allowed us to eat whatever we wanted before taking the food away. I thought that was very nice and considerate and shows that they value their customers and want us to be happy. They also honored my request for a quiet room away from the road noise. Only negatives were no exhaust fan in the bathroom which surprised me because the property is so well designed otherwise and the bathroom door was sticking and could not be closed, therefore, no one had any privacy. The toilet seat was plastic. That surprised me as well. Overall it was was an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

The hotel was older but kept up. The room didn't have lamps beside the beds with plug ins on them. The bagels were stale and the milk was spoiled, but the staff took care of the milk quickly. The cranberry juice was mostly water. The staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations.
