Clean room, nice workers

It was good. Only negative i found was no USB charging ports. Taren was so sweet and polite, she let me use her wall charger. Great associates working there. A clean hotel.

1st and foremost, the hotel is pet friendly!!!The parking lot was clean and parking spots are big enough to park and open vehicle doors. The entrance glass doors and floors were clean. The front desk staff were kind, patient, informative and helpful with all of my questions and needs. The room was very well organized, white glove clean and fully stocked with necessities. The bedding was made up to military standards.The pool area was clean. The 1st floor ice machine didn’t work. The mattress cover was not a zipper one to prevent bedbugs. I wasn’t told to use the wall thermostat to adjust the temperature. The refrigerator was not cold enough. There needs to be more seating around the pool including a table with an umbrella and an extra trash bin.

Overall very good. I actually got a receipt printed out when I checked out (not emailed). Also I love the evening freshly baked cookies.

Staff was friendly.

This was the worst experience. Rude manager at check-in, broken bathtub in room, dirty pool, malfunctioning hot tub, no towels in pool or gym, no blow dryer in the room. Called the help desk to ask for one, they said they didn't have any more but could bring one at 6:30am. Never brought it. Just one thing after another. At least it was clean.

I enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Check-in was easy, the room was good , the bed was comfortable. When I travel, I don't use the amenities, like the pool, exercise room, etc. I thought the room rate was reasonable the night I stayed. I also didn't eat there in the morning.

Room was ok. Couch in room was all disheveled. Bed was hard and lumpy. Pillows were thin as could be. Breakfast was luke warm at best. Had to take cinnamon roll upstairs to microwave to actually be decent. Will probably be looking at a different hotel chain to see if we can do better as Holiday Inn has disappointed the last couple times we’ve stayed.

Location was okay. The place was filthy. Our rooms bathroom was missing the shower curtain, the hair dryer didn’t work, there were only two tissues in the dispenser and the bathroom was dirty. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was an hour late in preparation.

Location was good. That is the best thing I can say. Everything else was very poor. Property is filthy and run down. Carpets are stained, and not just normal wear...big gross stains throughout. Our room was the same. Shower was dirty. Floors were dirty. Breakfast looked gross...we went elsewhere. Elevator was broken so we had to bring all of our luggage up the stairs. Nobody offered to help with this. Checkout was quick but they never asked how our stay was. Wouldn't come back here and wouldn't recommend to others.
