A very pleasant experiance again. Me and my family have been staying at this hotel for the past 8 years, once or twice a year when we travel to Mexico and each time the stay is wonderful. The room is super spacious, clean, elegant and with all the accomodations of a true home. The beds are still super amazing and we sleep so good!!! We love them! Thank you so much to everyone who make this possible. God willing we see you on our way back.

Everything was great. One elevator was getting stuck but other than that it’s always my go to hotel !

But having a young child on an upper floor makes the galloping heard on the whole floor below all night and all morning until the kid wears off his sugar high... dont understand why a hotel doesthis to their cudtomers. Hurt my hand and hip trying to open the room door with excessive force needed to manage to door closing mechanism. Also for a 5'2"person climbing on top of the matress is another ordeal I would like to skip. Why offer these beds that are too high for short persons and also too short for tall persons (a 6'2" male has feet uncomfortably hanging outside the bed). Dishes dirty and tossedin cabinets in chaos with not enough utensils like spoons, forks for 2 people. Did not want to even try to cook anything.. Very strange microwave controls, took too long to figure outhow to reheat something at 20% power. Would not recommend

Location, in room kitchen, sofa My pillows smelled of smoke! Smoking going on across hall from room 110, smelled in hallway, handle falling off shower door, someone else’s dirty sock under sofa! Breakfast a mess 6:30 no eggs , no tongs to retrieve sausage party from grease, out of biscuits, one yogurt , no fruit period! Trash in dining full, not bring wiped down by food area, front desk clerk trying to do breakfast and front desk, ridiculous, nothing to ever make me return!

It’s definitely the best room I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve traveled by car thousands of miles staying mostly at Comfort or La Quinta but they can’t touch the quality of this room. I only have one complaint. I asked for an ADA accessible room which would have a walking shower with grab bars. I got a regular room and no grab bars and no anti slip surfaces in the shower. I almost busted it when I stepped in the shower. Not good. Not happy. But I do like the room
