The front desk guy was very weird

Room was clean but thats about it. People stomping called front desk 3 times was told they have 5 heavy people above us and it would stop. Kept going all night I was begging them to get them to stop I had to be up at 4am to drive. Each time I was told they would stop they didnt stop. I woke up at 5am and hr late and was exhausted driving 9 hrs to Arizona. Not happy at all.

Even though we were a stayover the housekeeper came every half hour in the morning and didn’t understand we were staying and didn’t need service.

It is a relatively new hotel about 2.5 years. However everything inside appears to be basic and cheap. There is no microwave oven in each room, and have to go to the lobby and use the only one unit there. There is no vent in the bathroom. Supplies are minimum. There is no Kleenex like tissues. I have to go to the front desk to ask for a blanket as there is only one bed sheet and nothing on top.

Ac was loud, people smoking weed. Fore alarm would go off every single night i was there 6 nights will not get again!

I didn’t even mind that it was dirty and rundown. I just needed to sleep as I drove to AZ. I did mind when I was a little late checking out that they sent two MALE staff into my room while I was packing up my two cats and myself. Mind you I was tired and had drive 7+ hrs, I felt like I was being treated poorly by staff and never in my life have I had the hotel send staff to my room 30 mins past Check out !! Not women friendly
