Staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, but there is evident wear and tear throughout the hotel. Our bathroom was old, dated, and dirty. The room was not cleaned well either.

It needs lots of renovations, and the hallways have an odd smell to it. The staff was excellent though!

The property is highly recommended for family ! Stayed there for a night with family having kids under 4 years . The staff were friendly and helpful.

My room was dirty, there was not enough bedding or any toilet paper and when I called down for it I was made to go get it instead of housekeeping coming to get it.

The room was clean and they are pet friendly! Breakfast had a great selection.

Shower wouldn’t get hot at all had to take an ice cold shower even after going down and tell the front desk and being promised they’d fix it. There was a dead roach on the floor by the dresser and the pillows were the hardest things I have ever slept on.
