Comfort Inn & Suites Montgomery East Carmichael Rd

The water pressure was great and it had good hot water Black mold on the floor under the bed . It smelled like onions in the lobby. No swimming pool. Blackout curtains didn’t go across the window and there weee spotlights right outside of our window. We could also see the cars headlights from the highway.

Location and price Food It’s was so poor

We were in and out. Hotel had a horrible smell. Online ads showed a pool, was very unhappy to see no pool. Our clothing smelt like the food seasoning the next day. Staff were having a party and cooking food. We are supposed to stay again and dreading it.

We had roaches in our room and the lady was very rude about it

The room size Our room had bed bugs.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the rooms were big and cleaned It was secluded

The air conditioner was out and then we were moved to a room with mold on the ceiling. We checked out early and were not offered any form of compensation or any apologies.

The breakfast was not good. Served late, cold and the cheapest food. Owners need to spend some time and money fixing and maintaining the facility. The breakfast isn’t free or you can’t eat it.

It was very convenient to the ballpark, and the access was great. We felt safe at the hotel but not so much in the neighborhood.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Parking is free. Nice comfortable hotel for a reasonable price.

Nothing Everything. Dirty. Horrible location. TV didn’t work. No towels in room. No amenities

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Not the best location but if you aren’t from the area ( we were not) then how were we suppose to know.

Convinced to downtown No military or government discounts.

Nothing The building is old and our room smelled of damp and mould. Not appealing to me at all. Our bed dipped in the middle so it was uncomfortable to sleep on .

Room was clean and comfortable Limited tv options, no pool and no ice maker or way to cook food

The room was nice. It lived up to its name - comfortable. My only issue was that I was not able to get on the Wi-Fi late last night.
