My room was very dirty, the bathroom had mold in the roof and mildew all around the tub. I am so disappointed that I couldn’t get a refund or cancel.

Bueno todo bien al llegar tan pronto pasas el asesor todo huele a humedad en la aviación olía a cigarrillos y marihuana el baño estaba muy sucio y en las camas estaba la marca de sudor y percudido avía polvo por las orillas en fin si sigo no termino es un asco y sin contar que avían una pareja peleando en los pasillo

Friendly staff. They went above and beyond to a accommodate the request we had. The breakfast can be better. For the rates it’s reasonable.

Everything was satisfactory

My stay was excellent. The room was clean, the staff was friendly , the breakfast was exceptional and there was always parking space no matter what time you arrived at the hotel.

The bath towels are beyond re-use and the chair for the working table was stained and I didn't feel comfortable siting in the chair My last stay was for a week and there was no internet the entire time and no free night or discount on room rental. We book these rooms on work trips and if there is no wifi we cannot work.

It smelled like marijuana. The bed was clean and comfy but the room smelled humid. There was mold in the ceiling and the ac was cooling but still felt humid. The bathroom smelled like urine.

Worst experience ever! Hotel was not clean staff was horrible!! Sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty, walls were dirty, roaches were there as well. Ice machine was leaking water in the hallway. Pictures are a lie!

Front desk rude. No soap told me to wait until 9am. Needed to go to work. Stayed 2 nights and second room smelled like smoke.

The swimming pool was unkept and the vending was a little to operate.

Cleanliness Location was ok

The hotel room was in dire need of a deep clean. The walls and carpet were filthy. The towels were extremely dingy with rips and tears. Some days, the towels were just down right dirty, I couldn’t tell that they actually had been washed. Everyday I had to request clean towels with either front desk or housekeeping staff. Dirt and splatter marks on the walls. The window shade had tears and stains. The bathroom shows signs of mold and it looks like they just try to paint over it. It’s clear that the hotel cuts corners with cleaning and overall maintenance . I travel a lot so I understand select service hotels may not have all the bells and whistles but basic cleanliness is the bare minimum amongst any hotel, regardless of star rating. I won’t be back and I definitely don’t recommend.

The breakfast was about the only good thing there . For starters, I was very disappointed with the check-in process. The man assisting me was extremely rude and did not even greet me. When I called ahead to let the hotel know that I would be arriving around 7–8 PM, he did not attempt to take my information or make the process any easier. The hotel was also completely overpriced for the condition and experience I encountered. There was no Wi-Fi, the pool was unavailable, and there was hardly any staff available when I needed something as simple as clean towels. The elevator doors opened before it even stopped And not to mention it looked like the hotel was painting over black mold from bathroom to picture frames everything was covered in mold . And the hotel STUNK SOOO BADLY

The price and location No supplies were in bathroom had to ask for them. AC didn’t get really cold as expected. Shower floor seemed week standing in it

It was a great stay!

The lobby was nice however the rooms didn’t have hand soap the top shelf’s of the cubbies was dusty which mean it wasn’t clean in some time and the smell of weed was very strong. The host at the desk was cool

Room was not properly cleaned, sheets were dirty. The toilet had dried up urine on it and the tub was dirty.
