Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Montgomery East I-85

The breakfast was good. The gravy needed to be hotter and the eggs were overcooked but better than cereal. The room smelled of old smoke or maybe pot and everywhere stunk like fabuloso cleaner. The room price for a “hot” breakfast was great. Everything could definitely use a deep clean and a carpet shampoo.

I would not stay there again.

The hotel room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and promptly replenished the towels upon request. The area around the hotel was rundown and not walkable. People loitered in the parking at night and often played loud music. The hallways and parking lot smelled like cigarettes and pot. The hotel breakfast was your average hotel breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants and a nice park a short drive away so that was nice.

Exceptional

Whole hotel smells really bad, and kind of a rough neighborhood

,

Location The first room had bugs, so they changed our room. The second room also has roaches. Woke up and one was on the pillow next to my head. Ask for handicapped room and was none was available, we got there 3pm.

Good property to stay at clean and nice

I implore of you not to stay here. I booked for 3 nights but stayed 7 hours. I woke up out if my sleep with stinging pain. I pulled the sheets back and there were BED BUGS. Do not stay here.

Passable

The staff were wonderful, the place is generally speaking clean BUT, we found bedbugs in our first room at midnight. We promptly went downstairs to ask for a different room. Front deal didnt apologiz whatsoever and did not look surprised. Gave us a different room right away and the second room we got, we checked thoroughly and no bedbugs. So that’s a major thing but the breakfast buffet is good, common areas are clean.

The breakfast bar even though they was very short staffed that morning a member of management jumped in made sure everything was clean stocked and guests was happy with service Parking

Good

Breakfast Bed bugs and staff at the desk

Decent

First motel since before COVID that had a decent breakfast! Nice towels too !

Property was a little older than on the website but was overall comfortable and clean.

The free breakfast The pool wasn't open

The clerk at the deck was very rude, he didn't assist me in giving me a clean cover the one that was on the bed had brown spots on it. I showed it to him he said he couldn't change it. The attitude of the clerk and the part he couldn't assist me in a clean cover.
