Some parts of the hotel were dated the room service was spotty how do you make up a double bed room suite on one bed and completely change the entire bed, linen on one and not the other bed and they were both slept on just the covers pulled pulling up and tucked under used the same pillow cases on the bed from the night before

The lady at check-in was nice. This hotel is awful and nasty. When we open our room door, we was meet with a strong odor of mildew and mold. We saw roaches on the wall. Not safe and houseless people walking around. We left and went to another hotel. Wouldn't recommend!!!

Bathroom shower wasn't cleaned 😕 good. Bought bleach and cleaned everything myself. Bedding and towels dingy and had stains.

Looks like recently changed companies and simple upgrades. Smelled funny.

This hotel is a very clean, quiet spot. I was very impressed by the smell of the hotel in general The staff definitely keeps the property cleaner not just the inside, but also the parking lot. The room is what I thought the room would be based off the pictures. This was just a weekend getaway for my husband that if I was in the area, I definitely would stay there again.

Room wasn’t fancy but was clean and quiet. Breakfast was well-stocked and staff were attentive. Would stay again.
-
worst experience, dirty towels, trash left in corrido and walk ways. Male prostitutes walking up and down the property.

After check in, TV didn’t have connection, call front desk 3-4 times before someone picked up. We were told 10 minutes. TV did work until next morning which was check out date. Both sink and bathtub drain was very slow and water backed up. Told manager on duty, made excuse about internet issues, another lady also checking out said the same about the drains.

The floors had a smell that made it stuffy; water pressure in shower was very low, complained about television but they never sent anyone to check on it

The hall and walls at entry and elevator look dusty. The elevator as well. The room smelled muggy and looked unclean. It felt more like motel than anything & wasnt worth what | was paying (but I see now the Expedia upcharged based on rates on Google). This is only because it doesn't look like was posted on Expedia. So I don't "not" recommended, but I just want you lower your standards a little. Also, the area overall looks sketchy.

We had been traveling all day for a wedding and tried to check in at 2:00pm. We were told they were still cleaning the rooms and had to come back at 3:00. Can't believe one room wasn't available. When we came back at 3:00 the desk clerk conducted himself like it was his first day on the job. The elevator was extremely slow. The hall carpets were very dirty and stained. The room overall was fine and clean expect the carpet was dirty. Bathroom was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We did not eat breakfast.

This hotel is not in the best area. The hotel looks good on the outside but the inside is not the best. Like the outside was remodeled but the inside needs work. The only reason we stayed was because we would lose the money due to cancelling the reservation and most hotels in the area were booked due to tournaments. The first room we looked at had roaches in it. It was not a comfortable stay. The only plus was the front desk worker was friendly. I would not book here again.

That it was close to locations for shopping Front desk was not available when you need them, you had to wait for someone. Staff speaks English but to a limit. And last same breakfast was served for 2 days in a row.
