Couple bananas and couple gas station packaged pastries. Coffee machine was horrible coffee. No shower abilities in room 221

I saw a roach and something kept biting me it was horrible not wat I expected at all

I love this property. I am a travel nurse and stay here when I am working in Montgomery. The only thing I didn't like was my television shutting off in the middle of the night, I like the noise, it helps me sleep.

I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend.

Decent beds. No WiFi, no breakfast as advertised, rude staff, refrigerator was leaking and didn’t work properly, bad look parking lot, bad neighborhood. Outdated place. The guy behind the counter was asking personal questions. Then tried to force me to change my room to a smoking room. The rooms do not look like they advertise.

We came because our gma had a stroke when we arrived they canceled our reservation and rebooked it through their website and charged us $100 more. They were rude and very inconsiderate to us we traveled from cleveland ohio and it took them 20 minutes to come to the desk and check us in. We were told they charged extra per person I had a 2 queen room for 2 people PLEASE DONT STAY HERE!!! The owners are living there with their kids in a storage room Everything and we were scammed
