Nothing, not safe area. Accosted by vagrant folks from back parking lot. To being ask to use my phone in the lobby, and a car ride in front of the building as I was leaving. First room tv did not work. Next room had no peep hole, so no privacy. Absolutely destroyed second room by proof of pictures I can add. Burn holes in carpet. The bed was stained. Not just the sheet the bed! Same with the pillows not just the cases, but the pillows themselves were stained. The bathroom was so gross I could not shower in it. With burnt stained sink counter top. Nothing was wiped down or cleaned. The bathroom light fixture had a layer of dust and grim that could have just been wiped down. I would NOT bring children here. The surrounding are ( Walmart down the street had its own security plus four Montgomery Police SUV patrolling the parking lot on a Wednesday afternoon at dusk). Again I didn't feel safe at the hotel parking lot as you can see by the broke down vehicles in the parking lot and vagrant folks in front of staff in the lobby asking for your phone and car rides. The ice bucket lid was dirty. The option not to pre cancel.

The hotel was 6mins from Faulkner University ( venue for my conference) The automatic front doors to the hotel fail to close entirely. I was not welcomed in by the front desk staff & there were signs displayed everywhere describing guest restrictions, curfew (9pm), a loud noise/music room rule & no pool. My room smelled of cigarette smoke & freebreeze. The electricity went out in the room for a couple hours. The counters services( night stands, desk , fridge were dirty and I killed a roach that ran from behind the fridge. The staff rectified the power outage and offered no excuse about the smell or roaches.

Staff was friendly Had to go down stairs for coffee. The volume button on the remote would only increase the volume so had to manually turn it down. Yes it was reported to staff.

Easy to find. Staff was friendly. Cheap. Location. Catch a whiff of pot-especially in the elevator. Riff raff sat in their vehicles in the parking lot-making a morning walk somewhat uncomfortable-especially when that smelled like pot. $Deposit?? I did that in cash and received it back the next morning-but without inspection of the room, so not clear what the point was? Pretty dated..hotels age quickly.

The room was good for an older property. It was clean and smelled good. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very nice. It was quiet throughout the night. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room nice and cool.

Rooms had microwaves, mini fridge, nice furnishings. Very nice lobby. Good quality beds and carpet. It appeared that at one time this was a fairly high end chain hotel that had been sold and renamed. There was a bit of differed maintenance in the facilities and bathroom. Nothing major. No breakfast. The breakfast area in the lobby was closed off. I was looking for an inexpensive one night stay and this was a great value. I very nice but slightly aging hotel at a great price. I'd recommend it over the other discount budget options.

The room was miserably hot when we arrived, turned the air on but it took quite a while to cool off to a comfortable level.
