Very much worth the money

Brown bag crap I wouldnt feed my grandchildren (ok, maybe just the apple and water). Didnt bother with a shower ... just ... ew.

Very clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable.

Clean, Grab-and-Go included breakfasts were convenient, comfortable bed and pillows--got the best sleep and so did my family. AC is adjustable, security deposit returned immediately upon check-out. :) Helpful and friendly hotel associates and front desk always attended!

The room and hotel were very run down and there was a strong smell throughout the halls. The room was dark and dated and felt dirty, tiles were cracked and the tub was damaged and caulking was dirty or missing. There were bug traps throughout the hotel and the property is located in a sketchy area and had homeless people behind the abandoned building adjacent to hotel parking - which probably explains why the lobby stays locked and there was a huge security monitor at the front desk. There wasn't a breakfast as advertised, and the "pets stay free" advertised on expedia was untrue as they charged a $25 pet fee upon check in. Our next stop we stayed at a different hotel chain that was $10 more and it was light years better than this place.

Nice looking hotel on the outside Ac didn't work. TV was hard to figure out. And bathroom really needs updating

The property wasn’t bad but the whole area smelled but especially our room did. It was just old and needed lots of improvements.

They advertised breakfast and there was only coffee. The noise from upstairs never stopped until around 10:00 p. m. and started again just before 6:00 a.m.

The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The towels were large and thick. Considering the cost I would probably start again if I was in the area.

While a little dated, the staff were so friendly. Beds were comfortable. Shower mediocre. Accidentally put two holds on my account which was and still is waiting to come back to my account a week later.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional!

The bathroom was a wreck, literally. They must not have maintenance there. The towel rack was bent. The toilet seat was loose. The shower rod was ripped out of the wall. the shower valve was loose and leaking as fast as the water coming out of the head. In the picture its only on slightly so it didn't spray all over. The paint was pealing and needed a repaint. The floors were dirty. I was too tired to go search for another room at another hotel, otherwise I would have been gone.

Frame on mirror was broken Toilet rocked when getting off of it
