Air conditioning did not work, area was terrible, shower had hair in it and the sink would not drain

The room was very clean and good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend them

No elevator or breakfast as advertised, just honey buns.

I checked in but left immediately after seeing the room. It was awful. Told the manager on duty that I was checking out again. He offered me another room but I declined as the location was rough looking and undesirable. Plaster falling off walls, lot of black mould in bathroom & shower. Door to room not sealed properly. Then to make things worse the person in the room next door had a car with four bullet holes on the passenger side?? I did not feel safe there. I have already sent a report about this to Hotels. Com requesting a refund.

Don’t let the outside dissuade you! Room is modern and updated, so quiet, slept well!

The location Men sitting outside their hotel rooms to talk on the phone - felt unsafe Also, there were stains on two of my towels and stains on my white bed sheets!

As a lone traveler w/ physical issues, I requested a ground floor room as there is no elevator. Was wonderfully accommodated w/ no issues & felt perfectly safe. The location was excellent as I was traveling from Florida to Nashville. Great stay @ a very reasonable price.

Very clean room. Staff nice and helpful. Junk car on backside property, illicit activities going on kept us up all night. No fault of property owner. Room fridge broke, no wash cloths, or hand towels. Had to get pillow cases. Would I stay there again? Yes. Room was clean. People make mistakes forgetting stuff in room. Easily remedied. The illicit activities going on next door. Probably one off. Rotten luck of the room draw. For little over $80 bucks for the stay was worth it to try again on another trip.
