Comfort Suites Montgomery East Monticello Dr.

There was toothpaste smeared on the counter in the bathroom and a weird reddish smudge on the wall. Also charger in one of the rooms did not work

The stay was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again if in Montgomery, Alabama area again. We were very pleased☺️

The hotel had a smell. First room smelled like wet dog and when changed rooms it smelled like mold

Excellent location, close to restaurants and shopping.

Otherwise the room was ok.

The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The suite was large. It was clean and the breakfast was nice. The only problem is there was a slight musty smell to the room.

Did not like not having a walk-in shower and it did not have a pool

The staff was cool, no issues with them. Breakfast was good in my opinion. Plenty of parking available. The issue was the room: The couch in my room had a couple of holes in it. Caulk around base of toilet was missing. I saw rust in the tub.

This was a pit stop for us going to Gulf Shores. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again.

Breakfast was good. The staff went above and beyond in being helpfull and parting was great.

The continental breakfast was just alright. Was expecting better. However, the breakfast is not a deal breaker for me. Yes, I would stay again. The cleanliness is most important to me! We just stayed one night, passing through. We would have switched rooms due to the air if we had been staying longer.

Had mold in the bathroom. Water was leaking out of the shower to the floor. Was bad experience.

The only con was the musty smell in me room.

It was a clean room the staff were friendly the free breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast nothing special. The store are with snacks and drinks was nice.

The room had a musty smell on entering. I tolerated it for a one night short stay. But the carpets need to be changed.

The knob that turns the water on came off each time u trying to adjust the water level
