Loved it my stay there is always peaceful

Dated Hotel that could use an update. Not a terrible place to stay if on a budget.

No complaints st all. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean andlarge. Beds were EXCELLENT!

Filthy place! It was really awful and very disgusting to say the least. Pics very misleading and no breakfast!!

I feel that we were "catfished" with the photos because the property looked nothing like the images on the listing. The pool especially. When we checked in and got to the room it appeared to be clean however, there was what looked like mold by the air vent in the bedroom and the water in the bathtub did not drain at all leaving a tub full of water if we needed to shower.

Front desk service is amazing. Pool is just right n the grill area is very cozy.

I think the tubs can use an upgrade

I enjoyed my stay period.

The facility is noted to be exclusively non-smoking. But obviously that is not being upheld. My room smelt like a complete tobacco factory. I actually ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Find another place to stay. There’s also a lot of people loitering around the hallways and the stairwells in the middle of the night, which makes it for a very uncomfortable experience for safety.

The property was not clean nor well kept. The room was not clean, toilet was dirty, the tub has rust, brown spots on it. Cigarette buts and food on the ground, all over the place. Great amount of marijuana being smoked. The pool had sand at the bottom and on the side of the pool. Would not recommend for anyone to stay there.

I always stay here but the upkeep this time was extremely poor. The dishwasher had a foul smell coming from it which made the room stink. When I checked in I waited 15 minutes at the front desk while the worker hung out in the office socializing with someone. You could hear the whole inappropriate conversation. I will be using another facility from now on.

The staff is fantastic! I had to get my daughter a room due to an emergency at home. I booked a room late night, the young lady that opened the door and booked me has impeccable customer service and informative, she gave me detailed directions to drop my daughter off. My daughter place wasn't ready so I had to call everyday to ask for another night for my daughter, it got to the point they knew me and were so polite and helpful towards my daughter every time she had to go to the office to update her key. I will Definitely keep this hotel at the top of my list whenever I need a place for family or friends in town. Everything was Great!

Carpet was damaged in the living room area, tub and bathroom sink were draining very slowly, toilet handle was falling apart, very poor maintenance.

Derilect cars on the property. Dudes hanging around, one went after my wife as I was bringing bags into the room. I suspect the only reason something bad didn't happen was my fast return. Same people smoking weed all night near our room with the smell coming into the room. The outside grounds are dirty and in poor condition. The carpet in our room should have been replaced 10 years ago. Significant stains. Yuck
