There was black mold ALL OVER the ceiling. Room smelled awful. Check in staff was overwhelmed. One house keeper was super friendly. Wish I remembered her name.

Great coffee machine! Our first room smelled musty, like the door hadn't been opened in months. The AC didn't work, so they fairly quickly moved us to another room that was a little better smelling and slightly less aged looking. Wallpaper looks grimey.

I was treated poorly by the video kiosk receptionist, my pillows had visible dirt marks, and my mattress had poop/blood stains under the sheets.

The short lady Karen was very ungroomed and had a odor. The setup was not nice and she tried to charge me for a cancellation. They are trying to keep charging me

The staff was incredible! Hotel employee and his crew did a fantastic job. Nothing!

Everything There was nothing to not like

Room was clean. Other cleaning can be done.

Everything was awesome and great far as the stay and very excellent staff. I will stay again when visiting Montgomery.

The key kept not working, they didn’t come clean the room every day, and the location was bad

Next to the interstate. The room itself was not the cleanest.

Bed was nice. The TV and the Room Telephone did not work. Both were out of order

Nothing Everything

The manager was excellent. My toilet didn't flush (I had to manually add water), the front desk clerk tried to bill me twice argued with me about it until the manager intervened, there's no complimentary coffee in lobby - they charge 5 dollars a cup.
