Studio 6 Montgomery, Al – Eastern Blvd.

Our room smelled like weed, blankets were stained, pillows looked nasty. My daughter's had a room and there was food that was never cleaned out of their fridge. Our bathroom ceiling had mold. There was no remotes and staff cldnt get us more towels because housekeeping had left for the day. It was nasty

The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about.

Bit noisy

Went to check-in desk, I said good evening to the lady, all she stated back, are you checking in. I stated yes, gave her the info she needed. Then went to room was dirty, the beds were were torn up, pillow in floor, tv was on and someone was in the bathroom. I easily shut the door and return to the office to let lady know. Was put in another room, that was raggedy, falling apart and dirty. Unacceptable.

I had mold in my room so the man at the front desk changed the room to another room but it still had the same smell and a cigarette smell and I had a non-smoking room. My family didn't have a choice we got to the hotel late so we couldn't find another hotel

Get to the room and close the door and see light coming through and light coming coming through at the AC unit. Bed a one thin mattress on a metal frame. Water coming up through the tile from the AC unit. Get to room after work one day and smells like someone was smoking weed in my room

Oven in kitchenette didnt work, sink leaked on to the top of the counter, 2 inch gap under door to balcony, visible cracks in bath tub, and shower head way to low even for short people. Some maintenance and upkeep really needs to be done to this place.

The facility was ok...but general manager and the front desk that checked us in was flat out rude and had no service skills. In fact this was the worst motel 6 that I have ever stayed at ..in terms of customer service

I didn't have a shower curtain when I went to my room.

The customer service was awful and the owner was rude

Nothing Didn't like anything and had the nerve to ask for a 100.00 deosit

The Staff was rude they claim I had a lot of adults in the the room it was only 4 with double beds. They had roaches, the bed was not comfortable it was over priced for no Amenities. They claim they wanted no kids hanging outside they watched the camera on people all day. They are very prejudice they forced me out my room when I cancelled my reservation .

They charge extra when I arrived for taxes and a deposit.

~Amazing music playing at the Raceway ALL HOURS of the night. The cops would come- they would leave, then come back! Got to the room, the ac was not cold- figured it had to cool down, left the room for 4 to 5 hours, came back to it still blowing hot. Called the front desk-no one was on premises and would not be there for 45 minutes or more. Was told I would have to wait until someone got there even though it was around 11 p.m. already. Once they got there I had to change rooms. Was put on the side of the gas station where ppl had music blaring until 3:30 am even though I had to get them up early!

No breakfast. No ice.

The employees are great! Very friendly and great customer service and prompt and thorough housekeeping workers

Stay was good, no issues,room was clean, clerk was very nice

My stay was fine until the last day. It was 10:15 am. I was getting things ready so that I could check out. I went to my vehicle and came back the housekeeper was at the door waiting I guess until I came back to the room. I asked him was everything ok and he said, "You know check out time is at 11." His voice tone was smart and I could not understand why he was there ready hound me about leaving. This encounter was the worst part of my trip on the last day. He pretty much stood around until I left. It was not even 10:30 yet. I get that checkout time is 11 but the housekeepers should not be hounding about check out being 11 when it's not even 11 plus I was already getting my things together to leave

This makes our second time staying at this location. Both times we were placed in a room with the heating/ac unit without any knobs. Pliers were needed to turn it on. They don’t have any and said that the maintenance guy wouldn’t be in until the next morning. They didn’t try to accommodate us by moving us to another room. We slept in the cold because we were only staying for one night. And we had to ask for wash cloths because they only had one in the room.
