Was definitely misled by the pictures which makes it look nice, and the rating was completely misleading definitely not deserving of a very good rating. The place is old and beat up not well maintained. Parking was sketchy, elevator only can handle two people at a time. Really no amenities other than the indoor green area but not much seating. Pool is out of order. Room was big and roomy, but felt old and creepy. Broken tiles in shower. Also since all rooms face inwards you can really hear everything. We were woken up at 5 in the morning by guests staying next door where we heard arguing and slamming of doors which shook our entire room walls waking us up. Turns out there were like 8 or more guests having a party. Also, staff very limited, seemed to be only one person running the entire building. I would say probably one of the worst if not worst hotels I ever stayed at. Would never come back again.

Where do I start? The room was dirty with paint spots on the floor. The bathroom had tiles falling off the walls and after I took a shower there was two inches of standing water in the shower. The curtain rod was just barely hanging on the wall to the point we did not move the curtain for fear it would fall off the wall. The worst issue was the air conditioner was about 18 inches from the bed so you either kept it on and froze or turned it off and roasted. Oh by the way it was 95 degrees during our stay. Breakfast area was nice and clean with a fair assortment of choices.

A lovely 1 night stay, staff were friendly and welcoming, the motel had a lovely smell and everywhere was so clean. The room was spacious, the shower had a good temperature and pressure, would definitely recommend.

Traveling as a woman with her two pets my main objective was safety. The room was clean and I felt safe. The indoor garden was beautiful and very peaceful.

There is no pool. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping.

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the courtyard between all the rooms. Felt like a safe are. My only suggestion would be clean the glass on the clear elevator.

The place was very clean and charming! The rooms are huge, clean and has a huge restroom. Very nice for the price!

I'm really confused how this property has an eight on the review scale for hotels.com. it is very out of date and not very clean, and not in a great area. The staff was friendly but I would definitely not stay here again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Hotel is obviously older and could use some TLC and updating. I was only there one night, so it was fine.

I reserved a double queen handicap accessible room. The beds were so high that my husband had to move the mattress and box springs to the floor. I'm an amputee with prosthetic leg. Bed was up to my waist. Also, bed height blocked air conditioning from circulating in the room. Shower had no grab bars or handheld Shower. Shower head was fixed. My husband had to get a large cup to pour water on me. Breakfast area had 4 steps going down and I was in my wheelchair. We asked staff if there was an alternate route with ramp and were told "no". I raised my concerns at chec kout and was told there was an accessible entrance. Morning desk clerk said I must have gotten the wrong room because it didn't sound like handicap accessible. No kidding!

We paid for a room with jetted tub and was put in the first room which had puddles of water on the floor and a funny smell. The second room we were put in the tub didn't even work. Not worth the money won't stay again going back.

I didn't get my room cleaned the staff was right there cleaning the room next door. I had to ask for clean towels

The price The price reflects everything that this placed lacked . The nicest part was the views of the indoor courtyard. Breakfast provided was nothing but bread ( legit bread next to a toaster and some bagels that looked harder than John cena ) When I booked I inquired about a pool was told there was a pool when I got here the pool in inoperative empty with a tarp on top . The room was spacious but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Blankets had stains . Bathroom had a weird smell of bleach and mold and the shower didn’t drain properly . Only reason why I stayed was because I had already paid and couldn’t afford to stay elsewhere on short notice . This trip was supposed to be a nice getaway that quickly turned into a wtf
