Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Montgomery EastChase Pkwy

I mistakenly made this reservation. When I tried to cancel I wasn't allowed to. Spent money on a hotel I never went to.

Comfortable room, good location, and a pretty good breakfast spread.

Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. Being picky, the pool was closed, probably for maintenance. In the room, it had a musty smell, so we made it colder, but it didn't go away completely. One of the overhead lights in the bathroom was burnt out. The room was clean and looked recently remodeled. It had a limited number of power outlets. The breakfast was very nice and met my expectations. The hotel was very nice, but just needed to "dot" the "i" and "cross" the "t".

Clean rooms and easy check in

It's a nice place and the surroundings are peaceful and safe there. But there is only one staff at that day and all the service need to wait a little longer than expected. But the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The AC didn’t work in our room. It was HOT!!

Ac unit sounded like an airplane in the room. Hard to sleep with all the noise. Room was clean & grounds were good. Breakfast was good also. Good selection of food.

Overall this is a very nice place to stay in Montgomery and the staff is really nice and helpful.

Front desk lady was amazing at check in! Only real complaint was one of the elevators was slow, creaking and popping and took too long(for me) to open up. I am claustrophobic with anxiety so I didn’t like it. Normally, I wouldn’t have minded and taken the stairs, which I did when I wasn’t toting 872 bags of luggage for my wife. Other than, fantastic stay!

Paid 250$ for 1 room 1 night 3 guests which included my son, husband, and myself. Was very disappointed to learn there was no pool or hot tub like it shows in the pictures. Had to send my husband to request clean linens for the bed because there were brownish stains and hair all over them. The room was ok but I expected a lot better. Also had to clean hair out of the tub before I could give my son a bath. By far the worst Fairfield Marriott stay I have ever had and I've stayed at a few so I know what to expect. Wish I had stayed at the Hilton next door. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone. Oh yeah and breakfast wasn't as good as it should have been.

Nasty!!!! Not clean rooms not clean rented two rooms and both were nasty!

It was late when we check in so didn't get to see a whole lot room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Took a little while for front desk clerk to get there .But it was a late check so they probably had other duties as well.

The property was great! It was so clean and well-maintained that it felt brand new. Highly recommend it!

​The staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The floor was not properly cleaned, I found a bug in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was even sticky, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. While the service was great, the overall cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

Nice clean room and did not have to wait till 3:00 in the evening to check in.

Had mishap Storm

Pool wasn’t open..stayed two nights and requested housekeeping however didn’t receive it and the next morning housekeeping attempted to enter the room while we were asleep..I called front desk who apologized and said it was a mistake. Other than that the front desk staff was extremely nice and the property was very clean

Breakfast service was very good. Shanda did an excellent job. The eggs were perfect and the oatmeal done to perfection
