Hotel needs maintenance

Very friendly and helpful staff.

My property was stolen from my vehicle, hotel staff was unwilling to aid in providing help in seeing security footage

Check in was fine but they were having issues with the door key fobs not working and said they were trying to get it fixed. The front desk worker had to unlock our door and didn't seem to thrilled about it. The next morning it was still not fixed and after breakfast we had to have an employee unlock to door to let us back in. Breakfast was really good!

Hotels are hit and miss these days no matter the brand. This one is a hit. Especially for Montgomery. Clean, safe, friendly.

When I book a reservation for this hotel through Expedia, it said it had an outdoor pool. I asked where the pool was and they told me they filled it in and I mentioned that’s why I booked this for the outdoor pool receive no price discount which I should have because it was false advertisement contact Expedia they spoke to the person at the front desk instead of a manager for a price adjustment and she said no, which is wrong. It’s like buying a car with heated mirrors paying for it and when you go to turn on the heat of mirrors there’s none so you have to go through the dealer to get them installed not at no charge. It was it was disappointing. Staff told me they’ve been trying to get her off their website about the pool I spoke to Expedia they told me they have no record of it so what can I say?

Booked and paid room 3 days in advance, but the hotel still overbooked causing me to have to be placed in another room. Terrible customer service.

A convenient place to stay when you are passing by Montgomery. When we arrived at our room, we found a pair of shorts in the bathroom that had been left behind by a previous guest. It appeared that housekeeping had overlooked them during cleaning. We also noticed that the mattress protector on the sofa bed had multiple stains, so we reported it to the front desk. Fortunately, there was a set of clean sheets in the room, so we were able to change the bedding ourselves. However, I believe these are responsibilities that the hotel should have taken care of, especially since they knew we would be using the sofa bed.

The hotel was very clean and property well maintained. In a great area for restaurants and one is within walking distance. Also easily accessible to the expressway. Breakfast was good. Staff was ok, I had to repeat myself on check in because the young lady was on the phone while checking me in. Next day checked me out long before checkout time and I was locked out of my room. Went to get key redone and still wouldn’t work. If I didn’t come down to be checked out, don’t automatically check me out because it was a problem. The first time I stayed here everything went smoothly but not this time, I guess I bragged too much. But I recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

The hotel had a horrible smell. The shower had so much hair in it. The bed sheets had stains. Would not stay here again

The room was worn and one table was broken and poorly repaired. The room was shabby and the bathroom was old. The shower spray would not come out strong at a warm setting only on full hot. The property was not what I expected from the brand. The breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. For what I paid I was very disappointed.

Cleanliness That I had to leave

Staff was very polite and helpful! Rooms were clean and staff when called responded very quickly! Very clean and nice place to stay!!

If I need a last minute hotel I would definitely come back . It’s definitely not the best . As far as the bed , the bed was clean the floor could have been mopped , and the bathroom door doesn’t closed. You can also tell it’s been cheaply remodel , oh yea and the couch that was in my room looked like something that got off the street. The lobby though was superb. Also I think there needs to be more lightning in the bedroom area. The staff were also great ! Overall it’s probably one of the better 3 star hotel

I would recommend paying a little more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean.

The location is great. Breakfast was great. Everyone was friendly. The only negative we had was when we unfolded the sofa bed, we found some mildew/mold on the underside of the mattress. Maybe someone had sat on the sofa and spilled some liquid and it went down to the mattress undetected. I don’t know. But that’s the only negative!

I reserved a two bed unit and they only had a one bed unit. They also did not have pack and plays. Between one bed and no pack and plays, it was a hard night and not enjoyable.
