Our biggest disappointment was the staff. The manager was not particularly friendly and came across as someone who really dislikes his job. The bright spot during our stay was a sweet woman who appeared to be in training when we checked in. She was the only employee who seemed genuinely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the older gentleman working the night shift was equally unhelpful. After returning late from a game, we couldn't find a parking spot and our room key wasn't working. Instead of offering assistance, he stood at the door and watched us struggle to get inside. When we mentioned that the only available parking was in a premium member spot because the lot was full, he sarcastically replied that they were "fully booked" and walked away. The hotel itself has potential, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail significantly impacted our experience. The employees are doing this property a disservice.

The hotel is in a convenient location, but the breakfast was not that good. There wasn't much of a selection at the breakfast bar ,and the place smelled like bug spray

Room service was excellent and the rooms are clean. They have a great buffet for breakfast and a variety of food. Front desk associate was nice and friendly. Parking lot was clean and property is located in a quiet place. Mall and restaurants are located near by and it doesn't matter if your budget is low to shop or high.

I have stayed at this location several times it always smells so fresh when you check-in. It's very clean.The parking lot is very clean and at nighttime the parking lot is lighted. The continental breakfast is always great, the rooms are always clean.Bed sleeps, wonderful.This is a must stay location.

I can honestly say this was a disaster. My family was there to celebrate a graduation but given the circumstances they had to experience I cannot say I liked anything. May suggest that your rooms are thoroughly cleaned and if need exterminated for any insect problem. There were water bugs and spiders in their suite. When notifying the front desk about this insect problem, they did nothing to accommodate my family. The last night of their stay, they notified the front desk clerk Robert. This was after midnight, this was when finally they offered to move my family to another suite. (too little too late). Seeing that this was already into the next morning and they were checking out why weren't they offered this accommodation the first night of their stay when this issues was first brought to their attention. I am very unhappy and frustrated. I am more angry at the manager Hithan Patel. Mr Patel was not apologetic about this issue at all. Mr. Patel offered nothing to my family to offset their stay in such a horrendous environment. No guest should ever experience anything this grotesque during their stay at any hotel.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The elevator was slow.

Nothing the property is horrible Everything the sink was clogged the bedding was dirty the walls was dirty the TV didn’t work and the toilet stop flushing
