We liked the breakfast and the location. Not enough towels for everyone in the room. No linen for the pullout. Pool was very dirty. Big cockroach in bedroom the morning we got up to leave.

We had to wait 15 minutes for the room to be "cleaned" before receiving keys. The room was not cleaned with a strong odor of urine and wet dog. The cleaning attendant was down the hall and I asked if the room had been cleaned which I was told it was straightened because it was listed as a stay over not a new guest. He came and cleaned the bathroom which eliminated the urine smell but was unable to rid the dog odor. Front desk did not have another room available due to a company convention which booked the hotel. The attendant gave us a deodorant spray to spray the air conditioner frequently to help with the odor. I was not clear if the sheets had been changed since he kept saying the room was straightened & he didn't do that end of the hall & wasn't sure. He did not change the sheets.

Great stay. Good breakfast. Pool wasn’t in the greatest shape and had a super strong chlorine smell. Rooms were clean. Beds ok but not the most comfortable.

Great showerhead and loved the king-size pillows! Bathroom layout was awkward - the door blocked the water closet. Had to walk into the vanity area to close the door before you could access the toilet. Also, there was no spare toilet paper - only provided with half a roll.

It was the clearest and smelt so good but the staff they were the best part most amazing smiles I truly didn’t want to leave ❤️

Our door did not lock at all the first night. Breakfast advertised but not adequate for the amount of people who were staying there.

Hotel rooms were just ok. No shower curtain in the room. At breakfast they had no juice or milk just coffee. Pool was closed as well. Wouldn't recommend.

Well why the front desk staff was nice when we first came and greeted us the pool was not available. The breakfast wasn't the best. The bacon was a little burnt and crumpled. The eggs were watery and the pancake maker was stuck on warming. The juice machine was out of order. Our room could use better cleaning the bathroom smell really bad like a plumbing issue. The shower did not work. The tub drain has some damage to it you can see where they tried to fix and cover it. There was a burnt spot in the rug beside one of the beds that look like someone must have smoked in there and it's a no smoking hotel I believe. The pull-out bed is very uncomfortable. The mattress is so thin for anybody to sleep on even a child. It has sharp pieces sticking out that can cut you. My kids got cut multiple times. I did have an issue with checking out late I'm a member but since I did it through third party one person told me it was okay then when it came time for check out the other person was like no but they ended up letting me check out at 1:00. When it was time to leave it wasn't anyone at the front desk so I just left my keys and as I was headed to the door someone came out. I just told her we were checking out and I just kept going and told her my name from across the hallway. I love the Holiday inn I just don't like this one so I will just pick another one.

Traveled to visit family, location was very good, close to shopping and dining.
