Sleep Inn & Suites Montgomery East I-85

Stay overall was descent. Only saw housekeeping once in 5 days. They need another waffle iron. And put plates at both ends or breakup hot bar. Golden waffle supplies cups for batter. Need to order them. That’s what is holding up the line. Seems like owners are cheap. Get bigger coffee cups. Staff was nice. I can tell they don’t get treated well.

Hotel was rather warm and ac was off in room. Button on ac was not too good of shape and and the shower handle was not good.

The staff was excellent and the rooms were comfortable.

It was very clean and fresh smelling.I will stay again whenever I am in town visiting family and friends.

Everything was great. I only had one negative to share and that is the key cards didn't work very well, other than that everything was great.

And the beds were very comfortable

Close to the business we needed to attend. Breakfast could have been better! Bed was not very comfortable!

Price was reasonable The room was not clean. My puppy found a used false eyelash and a button battery. This battery could have killed her. When I reported it to management the could not have cared less!

Musty smells in the corridor, and the wort part, bugs in the room. Small black bugs found on the bed itself, and some form of small cockroach like creature on the floor. All other sins are forgivable, but not bugs. And for the money you're paying, totally unacceptable and over priced for what you get. This is a $60 a night motel at best.

Staff and the cleanliness There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like

We were also booked a room that already was occupied, in which they weren’t sure who was in there lol. But the situation was handled fine, we were moved to another two rooms and slept well! Overall it was fine when you are with a few others to sleep for a night

I was so beautiful clean and roomy. The bed was Amazing the sitting area was so inviting and comfortable it was like a mini apartment … this stay will Always be worthwhile !!!!!

I arrived from a long trip and was exhausted, the air conditioner barely worked so it was really hot and then someone had a barking dog. I was too exhausted to contact the front desk to complain so I just made the decision to never stay there again.

The following morning, while attempting to take a shower, I slipped and fell in the bathtub. As a result, I injured my left wrist and twisted my ankle. The bathtub did not appear to have any non-slip coating or other slip-resistant safety features. When I checked out, I informed the front desk associate about the incident. The associate was a light-skinned woman wearing a purple head wrap and very long nails. Rather than expressing concern or empathy regarding my injuries, she became defensive and focused on explaining why the hotel does not provide bath mats or slip-resistant coatings in its tubs. I asked whether there was an incident report form that I could complete. Instead of addressing my request, she continued explaining the hotel's reasoning for not having slip-resistant measures in place. After thanking her for her time, I informed her that I would be contacting the hotel's customer service department regarding the incident.
