Sleep Inn & Suites Montgomery East I-85

This property was very clean, and the staff were very nice. The location was good. It was off the main road, but still close enough to access several nearby restaurants. The breakfast was delicious,, and better than expected. There was nothing about this property that we did not like.

The room was very clean. The shower had great water pressure. The room had a modern decor that was nice. The air conditioner was not working properly.

For a night rest it was ok. They gave us a key to a room that was already occupied, but quickly it was resolved. But overall staff was nice and courteous.

Close to where the track was. 24/7 front desk Walls dirty & couch was super dirty. Spill in elevator for 2 days. Front desk had “no access” for additional towels or anything per staff.

It was a very pleasant place to stay. Room was nice and staff were very helpful.

Staff wasn’t the best. The elevator broke down so we had to use the stairs. Breakfast was basic and not worth it

The carpet in my room was too dirty to walk on. The breakfast hostess was extremely rude and abrasive. I actually got into a heated altercation with her in the dining room as we were discussing how her attitude and behavior was unacceptable.

1. The property, though possibly renovated, felt old (and I've stayed at many hotels to know): for example, the room did not have a single USB port, or more than one brightness setting on any lights. 2. There was a continuous smell of tobacco or marijuana. I witnessed at least one smoker at the ENTRANCE, of all places, and of course no one could stop residents from smoking. Even if a hotel converted to nonsmoking, it's difficult to get rid of the smell. 3. The breakfast server was rude, even though the residents behaved very civilly. I just remarked that the waffle batter dispenser seemed clogged (but I still made do), she took the container, poured out a portion, and hollered at the whole room who wants it. I used it to make a second waffle, not wanting to piss her off even more. 4. Breakfast itself was lackluster. In addition to the clogged batter dispenser, the coffee was so diluted it was undrinkable (even at "bold" setting), the eggs were spongy and the sausages just barely cooked.

Very accommodating and clean. Very quiet and pleasant. Thank you for a nice weekend. We'll to us it was a weekend. Lol
