Ice machine needs to be fixed. Outside could use cleaning

The door sweep was broken off on the bottom of the door so there was a decent gap for rodents to fit under. The ac did not cool properly. The toilet did not flush completely and the bath tub had a steady drip.

The floors were very dirty the mattress was disgusting. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. There was hardly anything on the menu. Just a waste of money would never book again with that company.

The staff were nice The room was dirty

From the moment I got there, the staff was very helpful.The young man behind the desk understood that I had diabetes and made sure to put me on the first floor closest to the office. The rooms are not perfect, but they're very good for what you need very comfortable.And I felt very safe. The staff of the morning at checkout was very kind. I would definitely stay here again.It was definitely a very good answer to a problem of traveling that day. God bless them.God bless their management. I look forward to stay here again👌❤️

Very dirty room and floor. The pool was dirty. The staff was very kind.

Ignoring this because we were so tired, I got the key and took my son and our bags to the room. The second red flag was a man talking loudly on a phone using foul language. But, I pressed on and got all our bags in the room. Once inside my son went to the bathroom but found the door wouldn't close completely. He came out of the bathroom and pressed the door closed but it wouldn't reopen. I called the front desk to let them know what happened and we were offered a different room. The second room had a foul, musty odor, and we found black mold growing under the sink. It was in plain view and easy to spot. Choosing not to stay after spotting the mold, I requested a refund. Neither my son or I touched anything in either room aside from setting our bags down and testing the bathroom doors. We were only at the hotel for about 20 or 30 minutes total. Because I booked the room through Booking.com, the person working the front desk said I would have to seek the refund through Booking.com. He assured me he would issue the refund to them if I requested it. Even though we barely entered the room, no refund was given. Hugely disappointed with both this hotel and Booking.com

Good place to crash for a night. Not the cleanest or nicest. Staff was very nice.

Not much to choice to eat, so we just skipped it. Did not like the uncleanliness of toilet and floors. The noise was exceptionally disturbing. Also, there should at least be four towels. One for wiping down and the other for hair.

Clean room and easy check in. Breakfast left much to be desired but would definitely stay again.

The beds were comfortable and the AC worked. The pool was closed and full of dirt. The shower was clogged. There was no where to hang clothes.

The lady wouldn’t let me park my truck and trailer by the front of the building witch is the only all lit area with cameras unless I bout a battery powered fan off of her

It was absolutely terrible when you come into our room and I gotta go to the bathroom and there’s blood on the light switch. I called the front office. They refuse to switch his rooms. They came in from the front office with a Clorox, wipe to clean the light switch. Then the pool was green and you couldn’t swim in the pool. I tried to contact the manager I have yet to receive a call back.

I'd really hate to leave a negative review because the desk staff was nice! Room floor was dirty as other reviews state. Door doesnt have a proper seel or latch, some basic upkeep from a maintenance tech would help a ton
