Comfy bed, great shower, good breakfast, clean room

The hotel is undergoing renovations currently but despite that the staff provided incredible customer service. There was a free daily breakfast which consisted of buffet style scrambled eggs, omelets, assorted breakfast meats, cereals, breads/muffins, oatmeal, pancakes and fruit. We basically had the pool to ourselves.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Our room on the 5th floor was quite noisy due to the constant opening and closing of nearby doors, which made it difficult to fully relax. Unfortunately, the elevator stopped working during our stay, but the staff accommodated us by moving us to a room on the 1st floor, which felt like an upgrade and was much more comfortable. The location is convenient and close to restaurants and local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with enough options to start the day. Overall, the stay had some challenges, but the staff's efforts to address the situation were appreciated.

I first need to mention the fantastic staff!!! The breakfast lady, desk people (Abigail), cleaning people, and maintenance workers very helpful/polite. The hotel is having major facelift and is able to remain open. The beds comfy, quiet, and clean. Some issues with elevator but staff keeping guests informed. We will stay again. Parking not the best but it worked for us.

The room was clean, the pool was closed and they were renovating. I purposely booked because of the pool. The beds and pillows were hard. We arrived late around Midnight and the guy at the desk left me standing there for about 5/6 minutes to talk to someone in the back while there were a few people behind me still waiting. I get my room and it wasn’t the one I booked online. Not sure who's fault that was. I booked a queen bed with a pull out couch got to the room with just a king sized bed. We had to go to the front desk to ask the guy who didn’t seem to want to help anyone for a cot.

This place was a complete dump!! I felt unsafe just getting out of the car. It looked deserted with just a few pickup trucks in the small parking lot. Mattresses were leaning up against some windows, windows had no visible curtains. I did not stay here. We are two senior women and did not feel safe. This was false advertising. I want my money back and I don't think I will be using booking.com any more. Read the above info.

I have bad knees having to walk up 5 floors was very hard on me. No room was available on lower floors.

Nothing, the elevator was broke,so be prepared, smelly moldy rooms,, breakfast was not enjoyable eggs tasteless, bagels were stale,coffee watered down,loud music at front desk at 9pm. People yelling and carrying on after 11pm. Dont stay if your on business,no sleep. Btw they dont care if you mention the noise. Oh and employees washing their cars in the parking lot.no air conditioning in the rooms so bring a travel fan. Construction materials in parking lot. Alot wont be staying again anytime soon.no room sheet change or fresh towels upkeep

The location was undergoing renovations which were much needed as this site was outdated, the fridge and air conditioner were both loud and the elevator was not working. I asked for an itemized bill and received a paper with no information for a stay that cost $250 for one night.

The price on having a dog. It went up.

They charged my credit card for the full stay even though I had pre-paid for the stay. I reserved a King Suite, but they checked me into a Queen Suite. They did offer to move me the next day.
