La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Moreno Valley

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is right next to a gas station and close to the Moreno Valley mall as well as a shopping center so you don't have to go far for things. Only issue I had with the room are that the lights were motion sensor lights. Getting flashbanged in a dark room when getting up to go to the bathroom was not fun.

Very nice staff makes all the difference.

The exterior was nice, but once you got into the room you could see the fraying in the very worn carpet. The furniture was old and beaten. The mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable along with the many small pillows on the bed. Fortunately, we only stayed there one night. The breakfast area, was very small about 10x12 feet. A couple of tables in this room with a counter top with the various breakfast items, i.e., coffee, bagels, bread, toaster, microwave, pancake mix and maker. The check in staff member, was very nice and helpful. But we had a very limited exchange with her. No other staff contact. We wouldn't stay there again.

Property needs some maintence work in areas of the hotel.

Everything was fine except the lady that checked us in. She was curt, never looked at us or smiled, and wouldn’t help us when our keys, that she just gave us, wouldn’t work. The maintenance manager overheard and helped us right away. He was great. Other than that, all was fine and I would stay there again. Maybe.

I am a frequent guest at your hotel. I checked out of your hotel at 12pm today. I was told I would be able to come back at 2. When I came back for my reservation at 2 I was charged immediately and then told there were no rooms available. At the same exact time Paula let about 5 guests get keys because their were rooms available for them and not me. I spoke to two of those guests and they had the same room I was booking. So if it wasn't available for me why is it available for them? No problem Paula said wait so I kindly waited. I went back at 2:30 still no availability. She charged my card 30 mins prior but no available rooms? I thought you weren't allowed to charge a card until the room was available. I still went and waited though. But after 55 mins I called my aunt and waited in the lobby. While I was explaining what was going on Paula interrupts what I am saying to yell at me about not rushing maids. I never rushed a maid. I was charged for something I hadn't received yet. It wasn't until Kathy got on her shift and helped me that I was able to get into a room by 3:20! An hour and 20 mins after my card was charged! So even though between my aunt and I we have spent well over 50,000 at this hotel alone this will be our last stay. Paula can't charge people's cards then yell at them when they're upset they don't have their room yet. Ana, Joy, Christina, and Kathy are awesome.

Beautiful clean hotel, proffesional staff except for the old grumpy lady, very very rude, be aware of her non proffesionalism, other than that I highly recommend this hotel.
