MainStay Suites Moreno Valley Near March Air Reserve Base

I always like the rooms for being clean. Our room was a jetted tub suite but we had and infrastructure scare. The ceiling about our bedroom began to crack. Our floors began to shift and the nails in floor start to pop up. Our tv started to become unleveled because the wall itself was shifting. Our tv started to come off the wall. Our whole room began to tilt back and forth. Even the living room window shade bracket began to come out off the wall. We left early when we had two days paid. It was a frightening experience waking up to this. Our bed mattress was shifting in the bad frame. The frame of the wall even came out of place.

I didn’t like the property at all.!!! Very rude front desk name anoush Lots of cockroaches pls do not stay on this hotel….. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!very dirty they don’t clean the rooms everyday. We request to clean and all they said it’s to bring towels. And they don’t clean after the 4th stay. What kind of hotel that don’t clean clean the room in 2 days for the customer.???

It was very clean and no one bothers you staff is nice I had to get bug spray due to a few roaches not water bugs

Close to stores and restaurants I reserved a king suite an got a queen cleaning lady never came by for trash or toiletries dishes were dirty

The room was clean, smelled good and the bed was comfortable. I liked the kitchen, the size of the fridge and the fact that were dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. I didn't like the fact that I made a reservation for a king size bed but when I got there I was told that were no king size beds, just queen size and that it was the mistake from booking.com's end. The clerk told me that it was a problem on your end as they they have reported this to booking.com and Expedia.com but nothing has been updated online of only having queen size but my brother had a kingsize bed in his room.

The room was clean and the staff was attentive. The only working ice machine was on the first floor and my room was on the 3rd floor

Convenient location, good price for the week. Average service for staff, only contact was check in/out, no cleaning during the 5 day stay. Cooking utensils could use an upgrade as they were warped.

Everything. It was clean and quiet. I love that it was walking distance from a shopping plaza The bed was a little firm. But that’s not really a big deal because it’s all about softness preference. My husband on the other hand thought the bed was perfect.

Notting Had bed bugs

It had a fridge, stove and microwave. Smelled really bad. There was a soiled chair in the room. Table legs had bad scratches.

Kind staff, clean unit, cute layout, very comfortable bed. Very nice to have a large TV No silverware, or anything stocked for the kitchen area. Someone in parking lot was sitting in car pumping out music for 2-3 hours until 1130 pm. They should have some sort of surveillance or awareness of their parking lot, even if they are not responsible.

The bed was comfortable but I booked a King and they have me a queen It smelled like Fabuloso which I'm allergic too, they charge you a 200.00 security deposit. The room was next to the stairs and you could hear people all night long. You could hear the upstairs too clearly. It seems like people live there. Location

The room sizes were perfect. It felt like you were in your own little world. I truly loved that the rooms had a kitchen, a small ‘dining’ table, and the TV size was great! The only complain I have is the internet. There were times where the TV would lag and freeze. No breakfast is served, which is not out of the norm. The only warning I will give is parking is limited. The front desk had informed us that sometimes there is a charge for parking over the weekend and at times, especially during the weekends, parking can get full. If it’s full, then you’re out of luck.

The hotel is not actually near MARB, it's on the other side of town.
