We stayed for one night (family wedding) it was clean, quiet and closed to everything. A/C work perfectly. No complaints.
-
Only call out was the bed was super noisy.

Room was clean

Unfortunately the day we stayed there was 2 entire baseball teams staying there with kids ages between 7-9 years old. The pool was so packed it looked like it was a full party! There was no room to swim or to be in the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi had about 10 kids in there the entire time. There was kids throwing balls everyone and one hit me in the head really hard I had a headache all day!! The worst part is there was people in the pool that weren’t even staying in the hotel! They were just invites acting as it was their own private party! It was so ghetto and these people were so entitled and inconsiderate of other people that paid for the day at the hotel. There was an altercation at a one point between the opposing teams and they were yelling and cussing in front of the kids. The manager did come out at one point and tried to manage the situation but nothing happened. I went to go complain about it and the manager said I would get a $50 refund and never got anything.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The laundry machines came in handy!

Love the happy hour staff and taco family for dinners. Food is legit and bar staff is awesome.
-
Also the toilet lever kept getting stuck so I had to keep dealing with it.

The room is clean most of the time and the beds were in excellent condition. We enjoyed the individual made omelets and it would be nice to have bacon instead of sausages all the time offered at the buffet. The juice is good! Have half and half carton for the coffee instead of these small cups. The staff is amazing! The pool was clean but difficult to maintain after dealing with a large group of people swimming in it requiring days to have it cleaned.

We had stayed in the hotel a couple years ago and we’re impressed with it then and just is impressed with it this time a second time. The breakfast is very good compared to many other hotels. We’ve say that. Their custom made omelettes are awesome.

Everything was great. Loved having a freezer fridge and microwave in the room and breakfast was great. Room was clean and staff were kind.

However, during breakfast, the female African-American cook behind the bar, and the latino cleaning person, were talking so loudly for a good 20 minutes nonstop. They were both complaining about everyone they worked with, and everyone can hear it even when I left the room already. IT WAS LOUD! They were so loud that I cannot hear my conversation with my friend. (I have a video of it). I almost lost my cool and wanted to approach them. But I decided to talk to the reception instead. So they can deal with it. I wish the manager would talk to them about professionalism at work. Otherwise, the hotel was amazing. Great value for the money.

Breakfast was the biggest lie on the web site. Ok would be my vote but your site says that it is one of the best. Please stop allowing the staff to rate themselves

Clean place, nice staffing and breakfast, accessible to shopping

Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, pillows fit just right, & water pressure for shower was excellent. There was a microwave that we didn’t use but a fridge that we did utilize. Towels were thick and my only con was not selecting an ADA room. My fault in that department. Breakfast was good and the guy running it on Sunday, 7/26/26 was like a one man show. Just on it, best employee ever. He made sure nothing ran out while cleaning tables, sweeping the floors, and closing the back door numerous times. Location was great and in the middle of all the shopping and eateries within walking distance. All in all, great hotel that I’d stay at again should the need arise.
