Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moreno Valley - Riverside by IHG

You as a Booking.com never made the changes and the new reservation at thr time that we arrive we find that the hotel doesn't have reservation for us and you never refun the money back, so we pay a full new reservation at the hotel

Good clean rooms. Just needed to change towels every day.

Exceptional

We appreciate the location, easy access to freeways and parking. We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast this time. But, we look forward to returning sometime soon.

Ice maker on third floor didn't work first night. Not a real issue

- Pan cake machine never worked during the entire 2 days stay. No one refilled the bag when it got over. - Less options for breakfast compared to other Holiday Inns. - Lot of noise can be heard from adjacent rooms when they use restrooms or closing doors etc. This has disturbed sleep over the night. - Not enough space in the parking lot that's closer to the building. Had to find spots that are bit far away. - Above all, this is a very expensive place for the value it provided.

Clean rooms and great breakfast!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. Rosita at the front desk did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. She pushed to have our room ready as soon as possible when we got there and always pleasant and smiling. Breakfast was fairly extensive and tasty. Once I asked one of the workers if there would be more cinnamon rolls coming and she immediately brought us two warm rolls. The air conditioner worked very well and quietly.

Great location, friendly staff, quiet area

It’s very clean and as soon as you walk through the front door there’s a really nice smell! The A/C is LOUD! Couldn’t sleep well because each time the AC came on it was so loud it woke us up. This is something that was really annoying and made the experience a little less than perfect.
