Great! Very comfortable!

The room was a little dirty but still adequate. The front desk man, I believe named Andrew was fabulous though! He gave us great suggestions and was happy to be of assistance.

Breakfast was exactly what you’d expect. Nothing mindblowing, but it was fine and there was a nice variety. The bed was comfortable. The bedding was clean There was less than zero water pressure in the shower.

Clean room. Walls , beds, tub, pull out bed all dirty and gross

breakfast was good. Pool was okay: Strong chlorine smell. Parking was good. They accommodated my friend's handicap and gave us a first floor room The carpet in our room smelled musty. Like it was damp for a long time. Sheets and towels were clean and fresh

Loved staying here. In a little bit older part of town but it was quiet and safe. Staff was great! Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Definitely will stay again! It's close to WVU but not within walking distance.

nice quiet place to stay for the weekend

Well first of all I will not sway from a Hampton or a Hilton again . We arrived after 10 pm and the price was 240.00 . We paid 207 on Expedia and the guy at the front gave us a handicap room with no air . It was off when we walked in and the temp in the room was 85. After 2 hrs we had to move rooms at midnight because it was 83 . The water pressure is horrible in the showers and the rooms were not clean . I would not stay there again . I wouldn’t pay over 100 for a place like this . Breakfast is watery eggs and not that great .

Every wknd I been coming down here from Pittsburgh and when I say the staff is so friendly and nice they got to know me and greet me by my name I love that

Breakfast was good, plentiful

The breakfast that day had no veggie options, beyond waffles. Everything else had pork or meat and we're vegetarian! It'd be good to have more veggie options available for guests.

The place was clean, and it smelled like it was cleaned. When we walked in, the guy at the front counter was smiling, and if I needed help with anything in a nice and polite. When we didn't understand something, he would repeat it with changing the time of his voice. He told us there was a swimming pool, hot tub, and a fitness room if we wanted to use them. Our room was on the 2nd floor, when we got off the elevator you could smell that it was clean and it looked cleaned. We opened our bedroom door and it was nice and cleaned. So after a little bit of getting everything in the room and eating dinner, we went down to check up the pool and hot tub. The pool was too cold, so we got in the hot tub. The hot tub was awesome.
