Staff excellent, service excellent, very clean rooms,and the morning breakfast was great!! There was nothing that we didn't like .Like I said "a excellent place to stay."

Did not eat breakfast. Clean the shower and restroom better. Brown scum surrounded the outside of the shower/tub.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was great. TV did not work, one mattress was broke down, no hot water or stopper in the bathroom sink. Broken mattress and TV that didn't work.

Room was very clean and relaxing. Had. Great nights sleep in the bed. Furniture, all the linens and towels were well maintained. Room was well lit. I do wish there was a vent van in the bathroom. Steam from the shower can build up quick, set the alarm off at the front desk when it escaped the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good, but I only got to eat it twice. I had to leave for work at 7 and they didn't start till 7. I also wish the mini fridge had a freezer, I like to pack my lunch but could not freeze my ice packs. It is a very nice hotel though.

It was very clean and a good location. 10 mins from WVU and a lot of stores near by.

One of the reading lights above our beds screw was loose and scared the bajeebers out of me when I went to adjust it ? But other than that will definitely be staying yearly on our trips to the hospital

The room was perfectly spacious for a family of 5 traveling for medical purposes. Everyone is very friendly and so easy to assist when needed. I don’t like not being told construction will be happening during my stay. I didn’t like the smell of the facility. It was hot in the building

Our room was clean and in good shape, but we were missing plugs in the sink and tub drains, a pain if you wear contacts, and we had to request more towels on our first day since the room was for four people and we only had two towels. Breakfast was okay, with Saturday being better than Friday. Convenient location with easy access. Would definitely stay here again.
