Hotel was a good experience. It is an older hotel but they’ve maintained the property well. I think they could improve some room features. But it’s close to UOI and location is great. The breakfast is good as well.

Was very loud, people partying in the courtyard at 11pm even tho they claim to have a “quiet hours” policy. Clearly not enforced.

Old building with old fixtures. Noisy day and night with check in staff that did not mention the continental breakfast or where things were in the building. Cancelled my follow up booking and stayed somewhere else in the same town. Will not book again.

Good location, quiet, easy access to downtown (driving, a bit far to walk). Very nice hot breakfast. Fair price, been there a few times, will return!

This is our third stay at this hotel and it always provides a great time. We used the pool, ate the provided breakfast and dined at Season’s so we used quite a few options and all were ideal. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Moscow!

Lighting in bathroom is not good and we only had one bar of soap. No body soap. Other than that it was good. Restaurant food was great also

This Best Western is Amazing! I’ve stayed in a lot of motels / Best Western properties & this one had the BEST Breakfastt out of all of them! NA

Everything was outstanding. The food at the springs restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet was excellent .

I liked how friendly the staff was as well as helpful! My family and I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner area! And we loved how cozy the beds were! We also thought it was nice that the remotes were sanitized!
