Rooms were perfectly kept, the place was super cute and within a minute walk of dozens of cool restaurants, bars, a farmer's market, and a retro theater. On top of that it was cheaper at staying at a mediocre hotel in Pullman. 100% recommend.

The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean - soaps, towels, hair dryer were all supplied. The hot water lasted to the end of my shower. Pillows were soft, fluffy. We view the Monarch as a true gem for the city of Moscow. We will not hesitate to stay at the Monarch the next time we visit.

A fantastic motel located in the very heart of downtown Moscow. The checkin process is automated and worked seamlessly for this technology challenged person. A very comfortable room, exceptionally clean. Stay here!

The hotel does a great job managing guest noise, and their communication was excellent throughout our stay. The coffee is yummy!

Nice stay if you’re planning to be on the go. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Nothing extra special. Street noise was a bit much till midnight. Then all was quiet. .

2) Coffee Mate in rooms and lobby- NO half n half. Who uses corn-syrup based Coffee Mate? It’s 2026! 3) All the texting the hotel does for contact, checking, requested cleaning- didn’t happen. No one at front desk most of the time. I want to interact with real people.

Clean room, really helpful and attentive staff, great location, close to shops and restaurants.

Convenient location. Only complaint is that the in-room coffeemakers do not automatically turn off.

Spacious updated rooms, super easy checkin with most questions addressed via easy txt message platform, and really nice and helpful staff! Had a great all around stay! Will definitely stay here again.
