Monarch Motel

Given we were visiting during the summer season, so it was not as noisy/busy as it would be during the academic year, but we found the location and noise level to be very enjoyable. Once we arrived, we did not move our car until we left. The staff were very kind and prompt in helping. During checkout, they found that we left a water bottle, and held it at the front desk for us to come back and get, which was very kind! The property was very clean, and the beds were comfortable (the frame was a little noisy though). The temperature of the room was also great! When it was too warm or needed a break, the room was a short walk away to cool off.

The internet connection was poor, and for some reason we had flies in the room. The room had no outlets to connect my laptop or extra charger. The AC was also very loud and took a while to cool the room. Other than that room was very clean.

Great hotel would definitely recommend! Such a well designed and comfortable place to stay. Close to everything. The bed was a not as comfortable as we would have liked. But everything else was fantastic!!

Very friendly staff. Great location to downtown Moscow. And pet friendly. Second time we’ve stayed here, and will be staying here again. Also within walking distance to the college.

The property and staff are great. Love they is is close to campus and downtown.

One unexpected highlight was the bath and body products. I had forgotten to pack mine, and theirs were so nice that I didn't miss mine at all! Comfortable accommodations, a perfect location, and thoughtful amenities made for a wonderful stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great locale. Kinda poor parking -- often a problem with great locales. Otherwise good.

Rooms were perfectly kept, the place was super cute and within a minute walk of dozens of cool restaurants, bars, a farmer's market, and a retro theater. On top of that it was cheaper at staying at a mediocre hotel in Pullman. 100% recommend.

The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean - soaps, towels, hair dryer were all supplied. The hot water lasted to the end of my shower. Pillows were soft, fluffy. We view the Monarch as a true gem for the city of Moscow. We will not hesitate to stay at the Monarch the next time we visit.

Great motel in a central location with lots of dining options within walking distance.
