The room was filthy. It was very disappointing considering the price I paid. Floors had not been swept, in fact I stepped on a large thorn which made my foot bleed. The bathroom had hair left all over the walls which only confirmed the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. I will not return

The back of the bathroom door had dirty towels hanging from the last people that had the room

Couldn't turn on TV. Spoke with desk clerk following morning and she said sometimes the remotes get switched and she would make sure maintenance addressed the issue. They never did.

Room was clean and conveniently located, however our room was very loud, possibly next to electric room, woke me up a few times

After checking out I was able to stay in their nice lobby and do some work while having a nice cup of coffee

Ground floor, easy access. Breakfast was adequate 3 night and I never had maid service. One time they only picked up towels. Didn't empty trash. Didn't make the bed.

The door to our room didn't seal all the way so there was a small gap that you can see threw and the door rattled with air exchange and we could hear everything going on outside the door. The shower made a terrible screaming noise and the sink dicey faucet would spray back at you when you put anything in the water steam.

We have driven over 2100 miles so far and this was the best hotel so far with 6 other hotel stays.Loved everything about it!

Got a good deal on a room, nice pool and helpful staff. Hotel is a little worn, but clean. Main issue was that the beds were super hard and uncomfortable. All family members were complaining about their backs in the morning, and had a hard time sleeping.
