Convenient location by shopping, supermarket & some restaurants. Like that lobby features tea, coffee, water & room has fridge& microwave. Room pleasant with comfortable good King bed, nice linens, comfortable and clean bathroom. Pool on small size ( spouse a swimmer). Breakfast offered some hot options. Ends too early on weekend (9 am Sunday!) Staff pleasant & courteous.

Everything was very clean and welcoming. We had a really nice stay. The staff was great. Very helpful and informative. Especially Ireland. She was very friendly. Our son goes to WSU, so we visit a few times per year and we’ll definitely be staying there again. Thank’s again Ireland and the rest of the staff at LaQuinta!

The TV did not operate but a few minutes during our entire stay. While the young lady fixing breakfast was doing her best she was overwhelmed. Each morning we had to wait for different items to be fixed - eggs, 'taters, and meat. Also ran out of bread each morning. The "setup" of the serving line needs to be changed and the waffle makers moved do that if not waiting to fix a waffle a person can serve other items and not stand in line.

Bathroom needs updating the bathtub was really dirty

Love the location our kids live in Troy. Always clean, good breakfast, great beds, very competent staff & very affordable for those of us on fixed incomes. Only complaint is, it is not affordable when WSU & U of ID have events, of course it is business & I understand but can’t get a room during those times due to very high rates. All of hospitality facilities in the area do the same.

There was quite a bit of noise that was received through the celling if on the first floor. The TV cable or whatever supplies the TV did not work for most of our 3 nights at the hotel. Breakfast was good but kept running out of food and things like forks and spoons and even bread. There was only one person working there and while she was trying her best she could not keep with everything. Also the setup needs to be improved by putting the waffle makers in a different place. They caused a makor backup in the line every morning.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was yummy. Plenty of parking. Close to the university and tons of stores. Carpet in our room possibly wasn’t vacuumed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The bathrooms were dirty.

Kind of removed from town

The hotel room was old and run down. The bathroom was adequate but old fixtures had rust and stains. The bathroom ceiling was cracked with paint chips and peeling. The shower curtain was stained with what could have been blood or ??? The main lobby was updated and looked presentable. There is no glass or real silverware for breakfast or whatever you might need so bring your own if you choose this hotel Parking was ok. Breakfast was adequate-nothing special. Noise level was just Ok. Upstairs people walked heavy causing major noise. The air conditioner sounded like a 737 taking off when it kicked on. The rooms only get cleaned and restocked every three days. Should be every other day at minimum. I felt cheated after reading some of the reviews before I booked the room for three nights.
