Outside light directly over the window let bright light in room at nite. Curtain too short! Air conditioner too loud!!

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The coffee was very good. The price was a little high, no doubt because it’s near Nashville.

The only caveat is that the entrance was a bit musty smelling and the gym was VERY MUSTY. Because of this, I couldn’t use the gym (as I’m allergic to mould.) The hotel room we had however was fresh and very clean.

Location was great for flying out of nashville. The bfast food was satisfying and there was plenty of options. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy. I found it disappointing that I had to pay to use the washer \dryer. I had to use an app that I've never used and put a minimum of $10 on it. I only used $6.50 for the wash\dry so the rest is lost. Really? You need to charge for the washer\dryer? You could do better.

My room was not cleaned,and the front lady behind the counter was rude and had an attitude when I did not understand what she was saying about the charges when I was checking out.
