Comfort Suites Mt. Juliet - Nashville Area

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room and swimming pool and everything was very clean and nice. Nice breakfast And very comfortable beds. The manager was very polite and helpful with our check in. Would definitely go back.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was good and the dining area was very clean.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the breakfast....it was a little sparse. They were out of muffins until the 3rd day of our stay, then the muffins came in frozen....a microwave would have really helped. The only other baked goods were bagels, wheat bread and croissants...no donuts or treats for the kids. There was a sad display of fruit...no bananas. The room was modern and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and parking was great.

The lights went so good. Two lamps in room no way I could find to turn them on. In room coffee maker no where to plug in unless you put it in the bathroom.

I was given a handicap room but that was alright by me. It had a bed and that’s what I needed.

Lots of amenities. Breakfast was great. Room was very large. Great value for the price. Only issue we had was we asked for housekeeping service and they did not come around to do it. We asked again the next day and they finally made it to our room to clean.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and AC worked great. The space was just what we needed for a close to home weekend get away. The pillows for a king bed needed to be larger. The bathroom supplies such as shampoo and body wash were empty so we were unable to use those.

Passable

No complaints. Clean hotel, good area. Strange location and hard to find though.

Clean

Location I noticed they don't change the duvet covers. The room was really dusty. Needed sheets for pull out bed and could not decipher if they were clean. The breakfast could have been better.

The location was really close to interstate. You need a car to get to restaurants. Breakfast was average with old eggs and sausage. Wish it had fresh fruit other than apples.

Exceptional

Room was good. Clean and plenty of space. Staff at the front desk was awesome .

I just needed a clean family friendly place to stay for a couple of days. It fit the bill.

Great place to stay

The room was clean, but need more outlets for plugging stuff in. A few more yogurt choices at breakfast. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it.

It could use at little more lighting

Everything was nice. The room has alot of space. The pool was nice and the kids loved the breakfast It could use at little more lighting
