Very close an easy to get to stores an gas from location.... Also easy to access rooms, the Breakfast was amazing. Wasn't anything I didn't like.

Didn’t look like the floors in the room had been cleaned. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. Property is definitely well worn but location is convenient.

This was a good place to spend a night for the price. Room as clean. The bed was hard, and the facet in bathroom sprayed in every direction. Also an ice bucket would have been nice. Staff was adequate but certainly not overly friendly. Bar tender in BT was awesome, over the top service.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last couple of years. It is very convenient to all of Mt. Juliet and a short drive to Nashville. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. My only a critiques are that there was no hand soap and no body wash in the dispensers so we bought a bar of soap when we went out. Also, when the cleaning staff knocks on the door, the first morning, I indicated that we would be out out of the room in 10 minutes, however, they did not come back to replenish towels or straighten up the room. We simply asked for towels at the front desk and they gave them to us. We didn’t have that issue the second night we were there. The restaurant in the lower level is good for a quick burger and beer. Overall I would recommend this location if you are looking to stay in the Mount Juliet area.

The property is not welcoming it was loud upon arrival and I was approached by a stranger while trying to check in. The front desk worker was very unprofessional.

Complained to the staff and she called the room. However, nobody answered. The TV was turned on from my check-in time (6PM) until I checked out (8AM) next morning.
