The location We were not notified that remodeling was going on. The bed was very uncomfortable - the pillows appeared to be fat until you put your head on them & then they flattened out. The lights would flicker when the dryer was plugged in. The TV remote quit working several times. Definitely not our best stay.

Nice facility - and amenities. The breakfast guy had some sort of emergency and so breakfast didn’t happen on our first morning. - things happen …. But perhaps a plan should be in place in case this happens again (?). The staff was very apologetic and we did receive a discount for our inconvenience. - second morning was a good experience too !

We wanted to be just close enough to Nashville where we could drive in and be a part of the action- but have a hotel that was close to other things as well and this hit the mark. No sketchy people hanging around - felt safe for 2 lady travelers. The property needs some help. The carpet was in really bad shape- stained and the walls were beat up pretty badly. There are NO exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the shower had mold growth and could tell it had been poorly caulked over multiple times. The room smelled weird- damp. Had some mold growth starting on the ac unit. We cleaned and attached some air freshener meant for cars to help. Had missing bedside lamps so there was no light there and big hole in the wall. The beds were just very meh. Not as comfortable as a usual Hilton. If this property had some renovations it could be 8-10 but for all reason except the great staff and the location- I give a 6

Very good location and helpful and pleasant staff!!

It looked to be nearly new and everything was spotless. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was warm and welcoming at check-in, and I was a bit early. They were accommodating to get me in a room upon arrival. However, when I came back that night, at 8:50, there was a handwritten note at the desk that said staff would be right back (gone to storage room). I waited for 10 minutes to try to buy a drink, but no one came back. Upon checkout the next morning, there was also no one manning the desk. I just left my key and departed.

Nice location. Not as clean as it could be. Finding parking was difficult. And why did I need to pay an extra 15 dollars for incidentals when checking in?

The only thing I did not like was that the indoor pool area there was no towels available and the water was very dirty with trash and hair and other objects floating around from the night before because it was pretty early in the day that we tried to go but changed our minds after seeing this.

location is great breakfast was good good parking all looked very nice messing up my prebooked room ( booked 3 months before ) and said nothing to me at all until i arrived put me in a smaller room that is way to small someone else's money must have been worth more than mine cleaning the rooms was a little problem too for a while

Easy check in, room was clean, entire hotel site felt safe. We had our two cats with us - the room was set up really well for them. Greatly appreciated the bed with the solid platform that they couldn't get under.
