Everything was great

Arrived late & only one night, unfortunately, but it was great. Quiet, roomy & with a full kitchen! There was a large step-in shower with a separate toilet & sink area for privacy. There was a good-sized seating area with an L-shaped couch & a couple ottomans. It was very quiet & the queen bed was very comfortable. We both slept very well. Check-in & out were both simple & easy. Cart available for loading up luggage. Breakfast had choices of hot & cold, including the best scrambled eggs I’ve had while traveling in hotels, good link sausage, biscuits & gravy, etc. There was cold cereal, yogurt, danish, fruit, toast, etc. There was juice & coffee, both good. They had a large lobby that folks could spread out to eat breakfast at small tables or couches with cocktail tables. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay! Definitely going to keep this one in the back of my mind for next time. Very well maintained very clean 0 complaints. Only small suggestion would be adding another elevator as its a big hotel and that seems to be the only thing is waiting for it to come but usually it was full everytime with people.

We only booked the room for one night. It was very hot outside, and I have individuals with special needs. They use CPAP machines at night. While air conditioning is not required, it helps with their breathing. The room was a suite, and the air conditioning only worked on one side of the room. The portable air unit on the other side was barely working and was not installed properly in the window, which had gaps letting the heat in and was covered with a trash bag. Then they offered us another room; the air worked in this room, but it smelled like wet dog. The smell was horrible. The last straw was the roaches! After that, we packed and left. We didn't even stay there and found a new hotel. We complained to the front desk and contacted Hotels.com, which we booked through, and they are both playing the back-and-forth game to refund our money. This was a horrible experience.

This property was very convenient and nothing short of a condo. I would stay here again.

Room was clean. Staff was OK. The front desk could be a little nicer. I suggest getting to the breakfast bar early or it will be picked through. Overall, I would stay again, but maybe not for that price.

The room was very clean and inviting and I like the layout of the room, it gave you an at home feeling. Staff was very helpful with providing information and very approachable. Kitchen was stock with the basic requirements. Breakfast area very clean and organized and the food was the standard.

The hotel is nice & clean, however, the location is superb as it's near to many popular shopping stores and restaurants!

Very family friendly and loved that we could bring our fur baby along.

Our room and the facility was spotless. We did not use the pool or gym and didn’t eat breakfast so I cannot rate those. Staff was super polite and kind and helpful

This is an awesome location. There is a great hibachi place within walking distance and a coffee shop in the gas station. That is amazing. The room was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

bathroom had blood stains, and other stains all over the shower. the walls were terribly painted, doors were half painted, ac unit is so loud you can't even hear the tv when it's on. BUT that loud ac came in handy since there was a bunch of people 3 nights in a row partying at the pool until past midnight. blasting music and talking and laughing so loud. not totally the hotels fault, but they could have some security or something to stop people from partying to late. and the breakfast was mediocre. the fridge in the room was nice. so there is some positive here. Again too much money for a "SUITE". the room would be fine if it only cost $200 but $630 for this quality. I would never stay here again

Great staff, clean modern suites. Great breakfast and amenities. Only feedback was we did not find the mattress in our room very comfortable. For a couple nights, wasn’t a big deal.
