Staybridge Suites Mt. Juliet - Nashville Area by IHG

Only thing negative about this place was guest smoking marijuana outside while the parents and children were out poolside.

We reserved our room 8 months in advance. I reserved a king suite. When we arrived we were put into a queen suite. No one ever called to tell us our room would be different. They were booked so we were not able to be moved. When we asked about it the front desk person told us the regional manager changed us with no reason why. They promised me a call but I haven’t heard anything. They said they could not refund me because I used a third party to reserve the room. The area was wonderful. There is a lot of shopping and places to eat close by. We were going to an event in Nashville, it was about 20 minutes away. It was a perfect spot for us. The only thing that bothered us was the dishonest way they did us with our room.

As tea drinker, we were disappointed that only green tea was available and no black tea was offered. Unfortunately, when we asked, none was available. We only tried breakfast once and chose not to return, as the eggs felt quite rubbery and overly processed. The internet speed was also disappointing for a business stay, particularly during a seven-night visit where reliable connectivity is important. We conducted multiple speed tests throughout our stay and consistently recorded speeds of around 28.7 Mbps download and 32.2 Mbps upload, which was slower than expected. Finally, we found a tick after being in the car park. As the property has extensive outdoor areas, this may be something management could monitor and treat regularly to help minimise the risk for guests. However, overall it was a good place to stay, with a convenient location, comfortable rooms and easy access to Nashville and nearby amenities.

Hotel was well appointed and maintained. Extremely good cost versus quality proposition.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. We drive up every summer to go to nashville shores water park. The hotel is easy to get to, near target, gas stations, shopping and restaurants. Super convenient for all the stuff you may have forgotten to pack. Check in is flawless, super fast & they don’t hold a huge deposit like most hotels either!! So that’s a huge plus when vacationing on a budget. I love the lay out of the rooms. you can close the door to separate the living/kitchen area. So if you need to decompress from the kids, they have their own area and the adults have theirs, but still all together. All in All this hotel is perfect for our family trips and we will be returning.

Lovely place, very helpful desk staff. Breakfast was good but the food ran out frequently over the weekend.

The location was great and the area was safe. I liked that the rooms had a separate sitting area and kitchenette. The lobby was comfortable. Overall the hotel is old and tired. The rooms need to be improved. The couch in the sitting area was uncomfortable and no support in the springs. There were 3 days of my stay where my rooms wasn't cleaned and replenished with towels and other essentials. The show was weak and the water was tepid at best. Some of the staff there were unfriendly and not very helpful. It seemed to me that the hotel was catering to displaced families rather than people paying for their stay.

Hotel room was perfectly clean, staff was super helpful and friendly (Russ thank you). Had absolutely no problems whatsoever, highly recommend.

The water was extremely hot coming out of the cold water side. Tried every faucet in the room. No cold water whatsoever. It was scalding hot. Complained about it at check out but nothing was done.

Location No hot tub

Breakfast very good. Room was clean. We were supposed to get 2 queen beds instead we got 1 queen and 1 sofa bed. Banging in the walls noise woke us up. The actual queen bed was uncomfortable.
