Staybridge Suites Mt. Juliet - Nashville Area by IHG

Breakfast was nice and was pleasantly surprised by happy hour.

Very first class everything was very clean everything you needed there to be comfortable very nice staff everything’s modern New. I was very surprised everything you would ever need is in the neighborhood as far as Walmart target gas stations so I’d highly recommend staying here. Very good breakfast buffet every morning and coffee. Food was delicious. Lots of selections.

So the hotel itself was not horrible but the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. Someone called the hotel and said I was using drugs and they called the cops and made a huge scene instead of just checking on me. It was really embarrassing and when I tried to talk to them about it I was shut completely down and it was like my option and thoughts didn’t matter anymore.

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Love the Cleanness of the room , the staff was always helpful and responsive to all questions asked. Breakfast was standard compared to other Staybridge hotels I have stayed at. The hotel has more accommodation for smokers than non smokers. They have all the covered from the sun, and all we had was seats inside the pool. The pool closes at 9pm and we had to go back into the room. I think there should be equal space for smokers and non smokers

Nice clean rooms and a great breakfast. The room was clean I had everything we needed.

Suite was clean and roomy. Very nice kitchen- well supplied with utensils. Mattress needed replacing. Hard for hotels to keep street noises from disturbing guests- but a quiet environment is critical to sleep. Overall a good set of rooms.

The room was clean. The staff at the desk were friendly. The breakfast was good. Cold cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee and tea. The breakfast area was clean. The only thing that could have been a bit better was the trash pick up in the room. It lacked a little.

Only thing negative about this place was guest smoking marijuana outside while the parents and children were out poolside.

We reserved our room 8 months in advance. I reserved a king suite. When we arrived we were put into a queen suite. No one ever called to tell us our room would be different. They were booked so we were not able to be moved. When we asked about it the front desk person told us the regional manager changed us with no reason why. They promised me a call but I haven’t heard anything. They said they could not refund me because I used a third party to reserve the room. The area was wonderful. There is a lot of shopping and places to eat close by. We were going to an event in Nashville, it was about 20 minutes away. It was a perfect spot for us. The only thing that bothered us was the dishonest way they did us with our room.

We stayed for 7 nights while attending meetings in the area and found the location very convenient. It was easy to get in and out of Nashville, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was excellent. There was also plenty of parking available, which made coming and going very easy. Overall, it was a comfortable base for a longer stay. The staff were pleasant. The hotel was very busy throughout our stay, although we understand it was during the school holiday period. The illuminated bathroom light switch remained on all night, and there was also a flashing light on the fire alarm, which made sleeping more difficult than expected. As tea drinker, we were disappointed that only green tea was available and no black tea was offered. Unfortunately, when we asked, none was available. We only tried breakfast once and chose not to return, as the eggs felt quite rubbery and overly processed. The internet speed was also disappointing for a business stay, particularly during a seven-night visit where reliable connectivity is important. We conducted multiple speed tests throughout our stay and consistently recorded speeds of around 28.7 Mbps download and 32.2 Mbps upload, which was slower than expected. Finally, we found a tick after being in the car park. As the property has extensive outdoor areas, this may be something management could monitor and treat regularly to help minimise the risk for guests. However, overall it was a good place to stay, with a convenient location, comfortable rooms and easy access to Nashville and nearby amenities.
