Only issue was the water pressure. Other than that it was a great stay!

The sausage on the breakfast was way undercooked and the eggs were very watery

Staff made me feel more that welcome. Even going out of their way to greet me while leaving at 5am. Something so simple absolutely made my day.

Clean room, quiet comfortable and attractive, feels safe. The serve yourself breakfast was good and provided several different food choices

I've been to several Tru and some are much better than this one. For some reason they hold your id for pool which is very odd. Maybe they did a background check on my pool skills. Thought I gave my id and deposit.. maybe they thought I was going to steal it

Toilet was stopped up.

I booked a King bed but received two queen beds, however, the bed was comfortable. Upon arrival, the bolt lock on the door would not latch, which was concerning, and the t.v. was not operational. I immediately went to the front desk to report the issues, but was told they were completely booked up and could not move me and did not seem to have any concern regarding the door. We were handed batteries for the t.v., which still did not work. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

this hotel is in a great area. The lobby is bright and clean as is the pool area. Rooms are very nice. Hestaff was so friendly and helpful!

My boys enjoyed the pool and game room. The breakfast was good as well. The automatic pancake maker slows the line down but it is efficient and mess free. Bedding seemed thin… room was clean. The sink water pressure was low

Expedia double booked rooms for our stay and it made it very confusing and check-in longer. We did not get charged more but was annoying because we did not make the mistake, Expedia did.
