Great stay for the weekend! Nice, quiet and clean!

this hotel is in a great area. The lobby is bright and clean as is the pool area. Rooms are very nice. Hestaff was so friendly and helpful!

My boys enjoyed the pool and game room. The breakfast was good as well. The automatic pancake maker slows the line down but it is efficient and mess free. Bedding seemed thin… room was clean. The sink water pressure was low

Expedia double booked rooms for our stay and it made it very confusing and check-in longer. We did not get charged more but was annoying because we did not make the mistake, Expedia did.

Clean, comfortable, close to stores, grandchildren, etc.

Pet friendly. All but one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool was small. Facilities were nice and clean.

One of our better hotel experiences! Very clean, and wonderful amenities for the whole family! The pool table and football table was a big hit! The pool was nice, and staff kept it well-maintained. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. We’ll def stay here again when we visit Nashville.

Loved how clean the place was. The shower head doesn’t move and the shower door doesn’t seal all the way so water gets all over the floor. Overall a great place, especially for the price.

As a Hilton Honors member, Hilton resorts should provide same high quality standards at all resorts, business center, gyms, pools, breakfast, complementary water and cookies, etc, but based on geographical location they just don’t provide the standards expected

We stayed longer than planned because it was such a great place to stay!! It has a pool, quality breakfast, friendly staff, pool and foosball tables, many other games in the lobby, a restaurant and bar, a snack market and a gym. This hotel felt brand new! The room was clean and well kept. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. It was also very convenient to restaurants, stores and I-40. We would recommend this hotel to our friends as well as stay there again!

Was there for 1 night on road trip traveling alone. Was safe, clean and had everything I needed! Close to food options and necessities

It was clean for the most part and it was in a good location The woman that checked me in was rude and gave me a hard time. She asked for the name for my booking and said that she didn’t see anything under that name. She asked was it confirmed, I said yes, and proceeded to show her the confirmation. She then asked for my drivers license and I gave it to her and, again said it wasn’t in the system. She told me that was the reason they don’t like when people use third parties to book such as booking.com because that could happen. After that she asked and I quote “What do you want me to do?” because they didn’t have anymore rooms under Tru and were booked. She then said they had one for Hilton Gardens and had me book for that. What was even worse was the fact that I woke up to a denied charge from Tru by Hilton “the original booking that couldn’t be found”. Once I checked out I mentioned the said charge to a different lady and without me even telling her my name or any info she found it within seconds and canceled the charge which is funny for something that couldn’t be found.
