Holiday Inn Express Mt. Juliet by IHG

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was always delicious, fresh, and well-maintained. The staff were helpful, seemed very willing to engage and positive. Hospitality team was great. I can tell it’s a little older or more-used hotel, but it was fine for what we needed. I would have loved if the fitness center wasn’t so confined and had more supplies. It seemed like the pool and fitness center didn’t get a lot of TLC. But overall, this was a fine property for a week with family!

One of the cleanest hotels I have been in !friendly staff everything was very convenient, very relaxing atmosphere the breakfast was just ok but great variety of choices. would highly highly recommend!! this was our experience!!! result may differ lol

This is a wonderful location. Always something to do and plenty of shopping opportunities! I will definitely be back to visit!

We've stayed at this location several times now and its always a good experience. The rooms are always clean and the staff are great. Its in a really great location as well. There a tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need basically in one central location.

Comfortable bed, had everything we needed. There was a slight musty smell in our room.

Very clean and friendly staff. Easy to enter and exit property through back and lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

The hotel itself is fine, it's clean, the staff friendly. However, my experience with the management and lack of responsiveness for an obvious hazard is concerning. I expect to visit Mt Joliet 2-4 times per year for the next 15 years. I will not be staying at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

My experience was Regular. And bad experience eith the Air conditioning

It was really warm in the lobby & elevator area. Breakfast was about 15/20 mins late. And there were fruit flies in the plastic container holding the bread & muffins. Really gross
