Very clean Beds were a little hard

Our family members stayed in the same motel, they had issues with there AC not working. They were told another room was not available and could not move them to the other Holiday Inn in the same town because it was owned by different people. They were provided a fan. This was unacceptable with the weather in the area hitting 100 degrees. I told them I would have taken my pillows and blanket and slept in the lobby with a big sign explaining the reason why I was sleeping in the lobby. This was no way to treat a paying guess. Your staff should have done better.

Tile flooring in the bathroom and hallway were sticky. All of the staff were helpful. Good breakfast. It was the only motel ever that didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. I will not stay there again.

Everything was great.

Everything about our stay while house hunting in TN has been great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and great breakfast. Only one slight issue is TV reception was spotty but worked, not worth the worry. I would definitly recommend to anyone needing to stay in Mt. Juliet.

Was not impressed by this location. It was a busy hotel. One gentleman at check-in, very flustered since they had a new computer system it seemed. But he did his best. The room we had at the end of a hall was horrible. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like sewage. And the door was broken. We almost couldn't get it closed again. I immediately went back downstairs and requested a new room. The gentleman apologized and did accommodate us with a new room. It still wasn't the best and had a mild funky smell, but it worked for the night. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

They had bedbugs and no one would help or even try and get us another room or anything.
