Was not impressed by this location. It was a busy hotel. One gentleman at check-in, very flustered since they had a new computer system it seemed. But he did his best. The room we had at the end of a hall was horrible. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like sewage. And the door was broken. We almost couldn't get it closed again. I immediately went back downstairs and requested a new room. The gentleman apologized and did accommodate us with a new room. It still wasn't the best and had a mild funky smell, but it worked for the night. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

They had bedbugs and no one would help or even try and get us another room or anything.

Very convenient for where we needed to be. Good location for food, etc.

White eggs only, over cooked potatoes, cold meat but great coffee

Everything was good. Clean, well kept, pleasant staff, good breakfast variety.

I was in room 319 and I got bite by a bed bug I woke up at 4 some in the morning with bites on my arm I went down and told the front desk attendant and he just asked if I wanted to move at 4 in the morning with 3 kids so I said no and just stayed up and slept in the chair

We really enjoyed our stay there. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was basic sausage, cereals, eggs, good muffins, etc. Room was clean and comfortable. However, I placed a do not disturb sign on the door at 7 a.m. and took it off at 10:30 when I left. The room was not made up when I got back at 3 p.m. I inquired at the front desk, and they said it was because I placed the sign out earlier, but the cleaning staff has gone for the day. They gave me 2 big towels and had no small or medium towels available.

The facility was nasty. It was so dirty. Breakfast was there but looked very unappealing and tasted awful. There were pills laying on the ground on my floor. I hope you can see it in the pictures.

We booked in line said pets service animals good. We checked in late from driving 15 hours and the front desk was rude. He didn’t want to check us with service dog Late night service check in

The staff is not helpful at all. I have asked to change room or ask for extra pillows, they promised to call me to inform me when the room available but never did either I need some answer. They said they don't have extra pillows. I spotted baby roaches crawling around the hallway and room. The air conditioning smells musty. I don't complain very much but this needs the management attention.

I was billed twice for a one night stay. I booked thru Expedia and paid their price. The next day the hotel billed me another amount. When I called to find out why they said nothing but it will get charged back on my credit card with 4 to 5 busy days. I guess I’ll stay someplace else in the future.
