The hotel was nice, reasonably priced, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a good experience. The only drawback was that there seemed to be a large number of men staying at the hotel during our visit, which made my spouse feel a little uncomfortable at times. Aside from that, we were pleased with our stay.

The breakfast was extremely expensive so we choose to go elsewhere. For the price of the room breakfast should have been included. Dinner also was a bit expensive for what you got. The room was very stark but the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Thank you for NOT having carpet in the room! The most annoying was Bookings.com does NOT tell you parking is $15.00 a night. That, too, is another reason I would not stay here again. The gal at the desk was kind enough to waive the fee as I told her I was only told there was parking on the premises.

Pool looked nice but a bit chilly . Recommend!

Around the bar and pool table, did not have a feeling of clean, but room was clean.

Check in and check out were quick. Location is nice, not too far from Shoreline.

Having stayed at Aloft Dubai before, I expected a similar standard of quality and experience. Unfortunately, Aloft Mountain View did not come close. Despite the name “Mountain View,” our room had no mountain view at all ust a parking area. On top of the room rate, there was an additional $15 parking fee that I don’t feel was clearly communicated beforehand. Breakfast was another disappointment. I thought it was included, only to find out that Grab & Go was $10 per person and the buffet was $18 per person. Guests should be made fully aware of these additional costs before booking. The room itself felt like an older room that had simply been renovated, and the air conditioning was not very good. Overall, it felt far below the Aloft experience I had overseas. For what we paid, I expected much better. With the disappointing view, extra parking and breakfast charges, room quality, and poor air conditioning, I simply cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. Others may feel differently, but I personally would not stay here again. Management should be more transparent about additional charges and improve the overall guest experience.

I ended up cancelling early as this was not what I had anticipated- it was not clean, it was loud, it did NOT live up to expectations.

We had a great stay overall! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the experience was really good. Our only disappointment was that the Bluetooth speakers had been removed from the rooms. That was actually one of my partner’s favorite features of the hotel, so we were a little sad to see them gone. Hopefully they’ll bring them back in the future!

It was clean and easy to access. Basic but comfortable. Paying for parking We didn't eat breakfast because the options seemed limited to an expensive option that was larger than desired AI generated art at entrance Staff was not very friendly nor very helpful - we were traveling for a family gathering, but we travel very rarely and there was no sympathy for us not knowing exactly how things at this lodging worked.
