DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WHO WAS NICE ! SO I WAS SUPPOSED TO STAY 08/28-08/30 FOR THE CHRIS BROWN AND USHER CONCERT RIGHT, HOWEVER FRIDAY THE 28TH I HAD RAN INTO SOME ISSUES GETTING THERE AND SO I WOULD BE DELAYED PASSED THE CHECK IN TIME, so I DECIDED TO CALL AND MAKE SURE THAT I COULD STILL CHECK IN. WHEN I GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE THEY WERE VERY RUDE IN TELLING ME THAT I COULD CHECK IN UNTIL 2am ! Okay COOL I LET IT SLIDE. WHEN I GET THERE THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS NICE. I ASK HER HOW I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR PARKING AND SHE TOLD ME I WOULD ONLY BE CHARGED $15 out of the $100 deposit and the deposit would go back on my card! That’s $85. I GET BACK FROM GETTING FOOD AND THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME $235, BUT MY BACK BLOCKED IT. I talk to a woman at the front desk and she assures me they made a mistake and that it was fixed. COME CHECK OUT TIME THE LADY AT THE FRONT JUST WRITES MY ROOM NUMBER DOWN AND TELLS ME I AM CHECKED OUT. I didn’t trust it, so I WENT BACK AND MADE HER GO IN THE COMPUTER AND CHECK ME OUT. I GET HOME NO DEPOSIT! I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY AND THEY ONLY gave me $80 back ! I called to ask why they charged me $15 dollars twice and I was told it would be for one night only. They said because the site says it would be charged daily then that’s what they are honoring. However that’s not what I was told !!TOO MANY ATTITUDES AND RUDE STAFF. EVEN THE CLEANING STAFF WAS RUDE. I wouldn’t stay here

Great hotel and clean. The staff was indifferent. Weren't bad but weren't great. They were more like get you in and out not to much small talk but not in a rude way. Would stay here again.

The hotel was clean. The staff were really friendly and helped us out with transportation, information, and things to do around town. We did not go to the bar or do the breakfast, since we were there for a concert. I would highly recommend this place.

My room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and informative. $15 a day for parking but it’s not that bad.

From the time I checked into the hotel greeted by friendly desk clerk to the time of check out, everything was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was nice. The location was good for going the the Shoreline Amphitheatre, just down the highway about 10 mins

Building renovated from an old hotel. Room size is decent but ac sucks as it’s an old style window type install so if your on that side of the bed, you’ll freeze unless you like cold. Bathroom was okay, but sink was miserably clogged. How room cleaners did not notice that is beyond me. Horrible experience! Parking of $15 is better compared to Hilton Inn $50/night, A+ for Aloft on parking and breakfast. Breakfast was great, hot meal and for $17 for 2, it’s a deal! Good service at breakfast, young adult very respectful and keeping the tables and food counters clean. This is not your typical ALoft by airports type incase you are expecting that.

They over charge you with things that and you have to dispute. Scam, be careful.
