Very clean rooms and fairly quiet. Good for family stay. Would stay again.

Very nice place

It was a really comfortable room and the beds, shower, etc. was extremely well appointed. Tons of pillows, very thick and snuggly bedding. Huge space. There was a light burned out on the reading lamp but no big deal. My daughter started giggling immediately when she opened double hanging barn style doors to find the bathroom behind it. There were only two minor issues that I didn't think we're up to the level of the rest... The elevator was fairly slow and it felt like for its size the hotel should have had two. Also the hall carpeting needed updating. Otherwise, a beautiful and co.fortable place to stay

Recommended: should have microwave in the room, incase customer need to be warm up the food. Don’t have the trash bag.

It was so nice, modern and clean. The staff was wonderful! Nothing, keep up the good work!

Only thing was we weren’t able to use the pool on our property. Other than that everything was smooth!

The location was great. The hotel is in excellent condition. Have a beautiful pool staff very friendly and accommodating. The fire alarm went off in the morning and there was no staff to help misunderstand what was going on. They weren’t answering the phones, of course, but also no one came by to let us know that there wasn’t truly a fire that it was a false alarm.

When we first got there, I was double charged the deposit which dampened our spending money while we were there the person who ran the bar didn’t show up the whole entire time we were there the first room we stayed in had a severe water leak coming from the shower and the showerhead was screaming so they had to move us to a different room and when we got into that room, the flooring wasn’t put together correctly, and the balcony railings weren’t painted all the way, which was an eyesore inside the shower. The shower pan was chipped where the water drains so I do feel that the upkeep on the property needs some work. The property is a very unique property, but we were also told that the fireplace that is all over the pictures cause that’s what we were most excited about was no longer able to be used. You could see it but you couldn’t use it so a lot of the amenities that they’re saying they have are not available for use either.

Horrible experience! Worst place i have ever stayed. Shower made a screeching sound, had to call front desk 4 times because neighbors were so loud. Staff was very rude.

Everything was pretty great, the pool was down for maintenance which is fine, but I do wish it was mentioned somewhere while booking or after booking. Some areas looked a bit neglected, but room was clean, comfy, and staff were nice and helpful

I really like everything about this place, it was clean and quiet.

It was clean and staff was friendly. The food is terrible. I ordered a burger and tater tots. The burger was rubbery and cold. The tater tots were soggy. They re-heated the burger but it was clearly a frozen burger microwaved.
