Was very nice and clean , good breakfast , heated pool look forward to staying again

Clean room. Big room beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well worth the money over a roach motel any day

I immediately called the nearby Hampton Inn and they couldn't have been more welcoming! Christina, the desk clerk was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make us and our dog feel welcomed. She helped us access some of the amenities that we needed and did everything with a smile and professional manner! Our room clean, beds very comfortable.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! We love the community area where they have a TV, tables and very comfortable chairs and benches. We played games and it is also a great breakfast area. One of the best Hampton breakfasts we have every had. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Also has a very nice and clean pool

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made us feel cared for. Breakfast had a large variety of choices. We appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly. Overall oue experience was positive and we would stay there again.

Absolutely nothing because they overbooked and left us without a room. A room that we booked months in advance. I didn’t get to stay at the property. My booking date was for June 19, 2026. When I got to the hotel after a three hour drive, a hotel stay I booked months in advance because I was dropping my daughter off at Ball State University for a camp there the next day, we were told they overbooked and we now didn’t have the room we booked months ago. They moved us to a sister hotel down the road, which they said we could “just walk over to, it’s just next door. Thank you!” We had a bunch of luggage and the hotel would have been a 15 minute walk down the road. That’s not exactly next door. The room we had at the Room 2 hotel was filthy with food crumbs everywhere, crumbs on the bed, what looked like dried bed bugs eggs on the bed, dried beds bug eggs on the floor, and a broken sofa bed. And because every other hotel was booked for this camp, the next closest hotel would have been 30 miles away.

The ladies in the breakfast area were very friendly. Also, the front desk staff was very accommodating for our three Ball State freshman -who were there for orientation to watch their movie Love knight. and order DoorDash at 11 o’clock at night.

Great hotel. Clean, comfy with excellent breakfast. Will be my hotel of choice when visiting my daughter who will be attending Ball State.

Clean We received a room upgrade from Booking.com but the room they gave us was next door to the stairwell and we were awakened all night by the slamming of the door every time someone used the stairwell. Other than that the hotel was great.

Close to Walmart

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was kept stocked and tasted great for a continental breakfast.10/10 I would stay here again!

The staff is professional, hard-working and pleasant to be around. Our breakfast is always well-prepared and enjoyable. We look forward to our next stay in September!!
