I would recommend to my friends

The breakfast was disappointing at the very best. No good protein options, no hot food other than waffle makers, which had no butter. The staff were polite and the property was kept up well, but the breakfast options were so poor that I do not plan to return.

First, as soon as you walk in the front door, there was a weird musty smell. Easy check in. When we got to our room, the wall unit was off, so it was probably 85 degrees as the curtains were open also. It took several hours to be remotely comfortable temperature wise. The bathroom ceiling had water marks and cracks in it. The bathroom light switch cover was cracked. It had a sensor that was malfunctioning, so the light wouldn’t turn on. I call the front desk, they said they’d check the breaker, it worked for a bit but then turned back off when I was in the shower. I didn’t bother calling again. Hopefully we didn’t bring any unwanted company home :(

We only stayed 1 night. Beds were comfortable but the hotel was run down. You can tell they’ve tried to do updates but it didn’t help a ton. Good stay over all for the price.

The breakfast options were quite limited

I had a two night stay booked and unfortunately did not stay at this hotel. The lady at the front desk was amazing, but the rooms were less than desirable. The first room I checked into the bed sheets were filled with stains and the bathroom, extremely dirty. I went to the front desk and they apologized and put me in another room. Sadly, this room was not much better. Their were long black hairs all over the pillows and bed. I believe it was the owner of the hotel who was looking at my first room and I invited him in to see the second one. As I pointed out all the hairs, he thought by picking them up and throwing them on the floor was sufficient. After that, I decided it was best to move on. What I can say is the lady at the front desk was amazing, very easy to work with, extremely apologetic, and very understanding.

Staff were nice; room not the best. Stayed for one night as all other hotels sold out for a Ball State event. Room clearly had not been vacuumed and bathroom floor looked not mopped well. Wore flip flops during stay. Beds were clean but not so comfy. Refrigerator wasn’t cold. Slept, skipped a shower and checked out. It served its purpose but wouldn’t stay again unless necessary.

The hotel staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our late arrival.

Room was clean, staff was nice & helpful, parking was good & well lit, room AC was ok didn’t seem to remove the humidity very well. Room had a very musty/stale smell when we got there. The breakfast is to be desired. Very disappointing as we were there for a baseball tournament & there was no protein. Only waffles & cereal & juice.

Not bad for a quick stay. Beds are not the most comfortable, but a sacrifice for the affordable price, I suppose

Wasn’t a bad place to stay

Room smelled of stale smoke. Ran AC that helped a bit. Carpet felt sticky. Clean bathroom, clean sheets. Breakfast was poor.

It was good for the price

Located in the booming metropolis of Muncie Indiana, the Super 8 provides the ultimate hotel experience. If you can get past the feeling of living in the lowest tax bracket and the smell of marajuana late in the night, then the Super 8 is basically like your right at home. I for one enjoyed my time and will always remember my stay. Although the breakfast is adequate with its choices of cereals, donuts, and waffles if hotel breakfast isn’t your jive. There is a phenomenal IHOP within walking distance. All in all a great experience and no complaints from me.

Good facility for the price. Just need better breakfast items….

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. A very basic hotel (no frills). Basic breakfast. Lower than average room rates accurately reflect what you recieve. Hotel rooms could use some updates, but that would likely cause room rates to increase. It was adequate.

Very clean rooms will definitely be back when visiting my son at college
