My room smelled like old cigarettes and air freshener. Bed was comfortable though…:once you got used to the smell.

When we arrived we were greeted by a very pleasant cleaning staff. We had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk person to get out of the bathroom. My daughter was waiting outside of the bathroom waiting to use it, while listing to someone watch videos on their phone. It was not until the person came out that we found out it was the manager. There was black mold on the curtains in our room. The comforter had dirt stains on it. When we went down for breakfast, there was very little food. Cold eggs, undercooked bacon, no oatmeal, and no fruit.

Front desk staff for check in and check out were great! Very friendly. Hotel is definitely out dated. Room clean. Was on 1st floor and could hear everything outside the window and room above. Was a last minute decision to stay in area but room was definitely not worth the rate.

Front desk check in upon arrival was friendly, professional and quick. An employee was waiting at the desk, even at 11 p.m.

Had a great time. The first room we was in TV and microwave didn’t work so they upgraded our room. So in my opinion they did right by us for the inconvenience. Now the biggest issue was since they don’t have a jacuzzi they had the pool way too cold but when we asked about it they raised the temp. With no jacuzzi pools should be room temperature. But I have to say it was a good time even with the inconvenience. Price is a little high but that just matches the rest of the economy.
