I love the waffle idea they just needed to add more options other than yogurt and cereal maybe different syrup options like sugar free or honey and I loved how many pillows we had and how clean the room was that's hard to find nowadays thank you I did not find any thing I did not like

The location It’s hard to walk up steps and there was no elevator

Good discount hotel. Not a lot of perks, but perfect for our needs-place to stay during ball state orientation. No issues.

They upgraded their hotel, its more fantastic now, its around an extremely large amount of restaurants. Great staff and decently clean, the carpet is still a little old but time changes everything

The staff was amazing, she was kind and helpful. Our fridge didn't work and my son needed cold drinks for him college camp the next day so so got us switched rooms with no problem.

The hotel canceled my reservation before I got there and refused to refund me. Bonus, reached out to booking.com, they have completely ignored me. 4 weeks and still no refund from either.

Hard woodFloors Sink in bathroom was not working correctly. I stayed over the weekend, and I was told it could not be fixed till Monday. Not good.
