My shower had pink scum in the corners, and hair on the bathroom sink. The shower leaked but the dripping wasn't heard in the bedroom - so we ignored it. Both rooms felt stuffy. I'm allergic to most dogs, and I could barely breathe when I woke up the next morning, so I will have to find another hotel to stay in - free of dogs

We were in room 629. Laid down to take a nap bc we had been traveling all day. Woke up to a loud, screaming argument. Swearing and racial slurs throughout. Then a crash so loud it knocked some items off my nightstand. It was from one person in the next room slamming the other into the wall. I heard a baby cry and got really concerned. I picked up the phone to call the front desk. No answer. I went to walk down to the lobby and they had moved their fight into the hallway. Screaming and shoving each other right outside our door. When it quieted i went downstairs to tell the desk what was going on. The person there just kept interrupting me and saying “police have been called.” She had zero concern for the woman and child in that room, let alone our guest experience. At minimum we should have been offered to move to a different room. We left the hotel for a few hours bc we were so uncomfortable and concerned. No follow up, no apology and when we checked out the next morning the (different) person working the desk did not even ask how our stay was, or I would have shared this info with him. Zero consideration for safety, guest experience.

Staff was very nice and quick to hrlp. They need new shower heads. They had no water pressure it took forever to rinse.
