Overall, it was a decent stay, but this property is definitely due for a deep cleaning, some updates, and routine maintenance. The pullout mattress was completely worn out and felt like sleeping on a pancake. Several bathroom tiles were falling off the wall, and the bedroom window was so grimy that we couldn’t even enjoy the view. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the pool area looked clean (although we didn’t end up using it), and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. My only other complaint was having to pay for parking at a hotel in the suburbs—it just didn’t seem necessary. With a little investment in upkeep, this could be a much better hotel.

Clean, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, would stay again! Reasonably priced and was given an upgraded room. Thank you!! I loved the decor, kind of rustic/western vibe.

Thier check in situation is terrible! We waited for over an hour and a half for a room. I finally demanded a room or my money back and suddenly a room was clean. They tell you to check in on the app to get a room quicker but then the app wouldn't work. They were hosting a convention(I wasn't part of just saw it happening). People were waiting hours for rooms. Unacceptable. If you want to host large groups fine but be prepared.

Note: I had to deal with Hilton Corporate to get this resolved. Even then, they had to put me back in contact with the hotel. Service failure resolve is awful.

The embassy suites had some ups and some downs. This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. I’m sure the hotel was REALLY nice 20 years ago but today it has some wear and tear and is a little rough around the edges. Carpet had tears and there were some stains (ketchup) on the walls that weren’t cleaned. Dust around the corners and overall could use some extra attention. Beds were comfortable and clean but I was disappointed in the value as this hotel was quite expensive, I expected more. Complimentary breakfast was nice but not enough to make up for other shortcomings. Wouldn’t stay here again due to the price.

Housekeeping was slim, ac unit never cooled off, very outdated.

The hotel is very dated. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable, especially the couch bed. I know that the hideaway beds in couches are traditionally not great. These are exceptionally bad. The room felt less than clean, but I wouldn't call it clean. The shower would lose all pressure (just single drops coming from the shower head) for approximately 35-45 seconds, then return to normal pressure. It cycled like this. The breakfast is ok. The egg station was pretty decent, but the rest of the food was lackluster. I would say it is on par with every other hotel chain's microwaved breakfast foods. Additionally, the price for me through Expedia was $863.92, but the hotel charged my card over $1600. For $863, I could look past most of the flaws. At $1600, this place is a total and complete dump. Beware the price on Expedia might not match the charge from the Embassy Suites.

Front desk staff was really nice. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Swimming pool was nice. We had requested a couple of extra towels and wash rags; and it took over an hour; and two phone calls to get them. I would stay here again.

Justice was helpful and knowledgeable. She greeted me as a silver member and was an excellent ambassador for Embassy Suites.

We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times now. All stays have been good which is why we come back year after year. However, this year they kept $18 worth of the $100 security deposit with no explanation.

Other than a weird issue where the water would randomly stop working md-use, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time. They were working on the water while we were there
