Room was clean, gym was small but had the right stuff. Pool was clean and large for a hotel

Nothing My 3rd stay and this was sopost to be for 2 weeks I left 4 days in to it that was allready payed and couldn't get a refund on top of the 1st night the people above me me running all night the next night the room on each side of me partying so loud for days slamming doors all hours of the night and all management did was tell them who was complaining so I felt I was in physical harm if I didn't leave cause after management talked to them thw multiple times they just got louder and made threats and went out of their way to go past my door ...

Easy check-in and out. The quality and option for breakfast were great. The young man that was at the check-in desk was very kind and friendly. The room was clean; the bathroom was clean as well as the kitchenette. The lowest the air conditioner seems to be set was 70 degrees, which was an issue for me.

This is my second time staying at this location. It’s clean enough, however I found a pocket knife under the couch as well as wrappers, and a chip bag in the bedroom. They weren’t stuffed anywhere, it was pretty out in the open. Open enough to where housekeeping should have seen them. The pool is nice, however the amount of people smoking cigarettes as well as marijuana at a no smoking property made it less enjoyable, especially since I was traveling with kids. They put on a nice breakfast, on the weekends it stays open until 10, during the week it’s supposed to stay open until 9:30, but was frequently packed up and put away by 9:15. My biggest grievance is the lack of housekeeping. I didn’t need my room reset everyday, but everyday I had to go to the front desk for towels, toilet paper, and to beg them to take my garbage. The garbage was only taken one day out of seven that I was there. It just piled up and there’s only a small garbage can in the room. The lack of housekeeping happened at both of my weeklong stays at this location. It’s in a great location and everyone was friendly. Definitely a safe place.

I always stay at this hotel when going to Nashville/murfreesboro! Such amazing staff !! Clean and spacious rooms

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that there was a kitchen in the room also. It was very convenient. It was nice to have a laundry room located in the hotel as well. I would recommend staying here when in Murfreesboro. I will stay here again in the future.

Clean and friendly. Pool was closed and outdoor grills were not operating.

Booked a king, got a queen. Woke up with 4 huge bug bites. Otherwise fine stay

Location Not enough towels

This hotel would have been given 10/10 if they had cleaned my room daily. I literally had to ask them to get housekeeping to tidy my room, on 2 occasions it did not happen automatically, bizarre! Staff, room, gym, breakfast and complimentary drinks and food on Mon/Tue/Wed evenings really wonderful and appreciated. Housekeeping attendance during my stay. Have to request a basic clean not good.

Great location, and everyone was so awesome.

The staff was very kind and cheerful. Helped with any and every question I had! The guests in the upper floors were a little loud at night, but that can't be helped. By loud I mean dropping things on the floor or kids running around. Nothing horrible though
