This hotel was very clean. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Mary, in the restaurant was so kind. She pealed and cut up an apple for my granddaughter because she is missing her front teeth and couldn’t bite it. Top notch customer service.

The staff was amazing and attentive! The food was great and the ladies were so sweet and did a great job keeping the food warm and stocked. Great location to close by shopping and restaurants.

The continental breakfast was not good at all. And the lady rudely asked us for our ticket and took them so the next 2 days we just went across the street and got bagels. The bar area smells bad but the lady there on one night was friendly. Had o request them to come clean your room which was off to us since we travel all the time I’ve never had to ask them to come clean so after day 1 I went and asked for towels and took trash with me and the lady then said just leave it in your room or in the hallway… umm gross! Come clean the room and she said it had to be scheduled so I scheduled it and they still didn’t come.

Great night. Everything was great. Shout out to Joselyn for the suburb knowledge during check-in. Big ups to the young man on the check out. Great customer service is a plus💯💪🏿

The room was clean, if the place was a little dated on the decorations. I know hotels go through changes every few years to stay modern, and this one seemed to be at the end of that life cycle.

I love the pool. It was about 30 of us there to celebrate a brown shower for my sister on Saturday. The venue room that they gave us was very nice. My room was very nice. I appreciated the extra blanket.

The beds were extremely hard. We did not sleep well at all. The bathroom had an odor due to the toilet constantly running. The staff was awesome! The only reason why I would not stay again is the bed. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I was in pain the next morning.

The fire alarm has a horn strobe in the bathroom is actually installed improperly. It’s against code. You are only supposed to have a strobe in the bathroom only, not a horn strobe. That’s a major problem in my eyes when showering. It could really hurt someone.

Nice hotel. Clean room with a tasty breakfast, too.

Exceptional

I like nothing about the property. For it to be new, it was dirty, moldy nasty. The staff with customer service zero out of 10 they did not accommodate to anything for these problems and trying to say that there’s nothing wrong with the air condition when I asked and they said they’re remodeling and there’s some changes going on and I don’t see no credit or anything. I don’t like anything about this property. I am most disappointed with is not only the condition of the room, but also how this situation has been handled by management and customer service. The staff acknowledged that there were delays with remodeling and air conditioning updates, but as a paying guest, I had no way of knowing that before my stay. When I book a room, I expect the advertised amenities, including proper air conditioning, to be fully functional. The room was uncomfortable, hot, and humid, and I woke up sweating during the night. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the overall condition of the room did not meet my expectations. Rather than acknowledging my experience and working toward a reasonable resolution, I feel my concerns have been dismissed. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to provide a refund, credit, or other accommodation for the issues I experienced. As a guest, I should not be expected to accept problems caused by delayed renovations or maintenance issues that were never disclosed before my stay. The sheets were damped. The bathroom was hot like a sauna. I couldn’t even take a shower.
