InTown Suites Extended Stay Murfreesboro TN - MTSU

NA Booking was canceled without notice or reason

I like the price, but could of had a coffee pot and dishes

The facted that it was a family oriented place The fact that there was a shooting while staying and the fact that the gm is rude disrespectful and over something so little as school supplies she slammed my door into my hand told me she will make sure my son didn’t get any school supplies then on Check out day I bugged for help she made the lady at the front desk kick me out over school supplies she rude and shouldn’t be working there.

I like how it’s quiet and clean. With very friendly staff Mrs LaTesha and The head maintenance man are wonderful!!! I liked everything. No complaints!

Cleanliness of the rooms!!!! THE STAFF UNBELIEVABLY ACCOMMODATES AND SO ATTENTIVE Nothing bad to report

Very good

Decent, especially for what you are paying, but don't expect to be able to talk to the front desk except in person and it's only open from 11a*-7p. *Check-in/check-out time.

The location and price was fair Literally everything else was horrible the staff was rude and threatened to kick me out only because I asked do they clean the rooms and not helpful at all the refrigerator was nasty had a dead rat in it that stunk up the whole room for days and it took them 3 days to replace it they didn't want to give us any towels they never cleaned our room told me check in was for 11 o'clock am but didn't check me in until 3:30pm loud and rude people hanging out in front the building and in the back of the building and on top of all that 2 staff members enter my room saying it was mandatory looking for they housekeeper and this was after they told me housekeeping doesn't clean my room

We booked three months in advance only to get to the hotel and they told us they didn’t have our two rooms. Disappointed and they also took my money for the two rooms.

Pipe burst in building and everyone was sent to the local SHELTER. Paid for a week but only received 2 days of our money back even though we paid for 7 and cancelled the reservation. GRIMEY
