Excellent and clean the room

We booked three months in advance only to get to the hotel and they told us they didn’t have our two rooms. Disappointed and they also took my money for the two rooms.

Nothing. Filthy. Floors and walls were visibly dirty. Someone didn’t so much as sweep. Love roaches in room. Checked in and then left. Not habitable. Corporate customer service is a joke and impossible to get ahold of!

Pipe burst in building and everyone was sent to the local SHELTER. Paid for a week but only received 2 days of our money back even though we paid for 7 and cancelled the reservation. GRIMEY

It was the ghetto, there was prostitution and people all over smoking weed. At 2am people playing music getting loud. I will never go back. The people and conditions of the rooms. Rooms where dirty and the people all around always smoking weed,then the prostitution out of control

Yes the pipes burst on jan 27th left us without a place to go and still don't know yet what they are going to do we can't afford to go anywhere else so not good situation

Only the front door let you in , and when they came and cleaned our room they didn't do anything at all not even give us new linens

Affordable price. Some staff was nice. No one followed policy to smoke away from the building. So you walk out and everyone’s smoking by the doors. Some staff very rude. Fire alarms constantly go off early morning through the day or at night. Found dog poop in the room after moved in and we did not have a dog. People being loud at all times. The staff will lie on you when they don’t want to do their job. They do not clean when they come. They were suppose to change sheets sweep and take trash once a week and they only took the trash and swept around everything not under the beds or couch hints why the dog poop never got cleaned up. There was grease and something nasty on the walls in different areas. Broke. Cabinets and doors. Sink leaked. Bathtub was extremely slow draining. Constant bugs coming in from outside and we were on the 3rd floor.

No check in after 7:00pm is absurd…. No body wash, shampoo in bathroom, no hair dryers… is this for homeless to live?

I didn't like anything about the are or motel.

Not a damn thing! The room was nasty. This was definitely not a place to stay on vacation. The pictures are absolutely deceiving they look nothing like shown even the renovated rooms were a joke. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and weed throughout the whole building (& I smoke and I dont want to smell it the whole time with my kids around) and the bathroom definitely has mold somewhere as you can smell it so strong in the air. I already booked this weeks prior for my son’s graduation trip and was extremely disappointed. If I could have went somewhere else I would have. Druggies run the parking lot all night long. Cops in and out all day and night patrolling and there was an incident where they were here for some disturbance. They don’t give you toilet paper because people live here and they can’t afford it I was told. You only get one towel and that’s also because people use this as their home and can’t afford more than that. No room service. No extra trash bags for the room but you must take it out yourself. Not worth the thousand dollars I paid to be here. Glad we leave tomorrow!! Lesson definitely learned. Booking.com this is the second time this has happened through your app. I am done with this app. Never again.

Reserved a room and went to hotel. Walked into weed haze. The front desk associate Tamika I think, was very nice. Ride up there and the room were gross… noped out real quick

Room size was ok. Location was ok. But staff was very uncooperative. We rented on weekly basis. They did not refund my one day rent after we vacated the property one day earlier due to flooding in the room. They did not give another room either. worst experience we ever had. But they do not care because they have their regular customers, who may have got the room on discount.
