Comforter was white with stains all over it. A/C unit sounded like it was about to fall off the wall when it turned on and off. No Elevator, had to walk up stairs with luggage to second floor.

The breakfast room was large, but the lighting made it feel dirty. The coffee carafes were dirty. That was as far as I got for breakfast. We opted to grab something on the road. Overall, the price was significantly less expensive than othe places. It was definitely not a 5 star experience, but the lady at the front desk was working hard to make it feel that way.

Just okay. Needs an update.

They put me in a dirty room to start things off. Walked in and clearly someone had just slept in the bed, and dirty used towels in the bathroom. The replacement room was at least freshened up. But still not even worth the cheap price it is.

The room was nice and clean. I stayed 8 days and housekeeping show up once. The pool is nice. The area around the pool needs a good landscaper and power washed and cleaned. The common areas were not super clean. The ice machine worked great.

The bathroom had mildew in the shower. It was an older motel that could use some updating. Beds were nice and clean.

Jim checked us in and was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but the bed, bathroom, and refrigerator were clean. Unfortunately, the furniture and carpeting were noticeably stained, which took away from the overall appearance of the room. On the positive side, the room was exceptionally quiet. We stayed on the first floor and didn't hear outside noise, other guests talking, or doors slamming, which made for a very restful night's sleep.

Our room was not clean the covers and sheets had stuff all over them. When I went to ask for new sheets and covers he just handed me a hand full of pillow cases. The hallway and room smelt awful the whole time. There were no pool towels for the pool. The floor in my hotel room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Bathtub was black. Only pro’s was breakfast was good and the pool was big and clean.

The bed had visible stains and hair on the sheets, which immediately made us question whether the bedding had even been changed between guests. The toilet was filthy with poop around the seat! The bathtub was dirty and you could even see dirty foot prints. The problems extended beyond the room itself. The hallway carpet was stained all the way down the hall, and the entire floor stunk of marijuana! The stairwells were dark and kinda creepy, making the overall property feel neglected and honestly a little creepy. At that point, we made the decision to leave immediately because there was no way we were comfortable sleeping in a room that dirty. Cleanliness is the absolute bare minimum expectation when booking a hotel, and this property failed badly. The crazy part is that the lobby looked nice enough to make you think you were booking a decent place, but no. We did not stay, and I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was old and looks like it hadnt been updated in 20 years. Immediately noticed a weed smell in corridors mixed with adamp smell. Supposed to be nonsmoking but tobaccom smell was throughout., furnishings carpet (sticky) eqpt very dated, AC worked but very beaten up, wallpaper had chunks missing. dark bathroom with an uncaulked, old, stained tub, no bath soap or body wash (though there were holsters for bottles to go in, just 2 small shampoos. We didn't want to use the shower after looking at it anyway. The toilet blocked so it barely flushed & overflowed but it was too late at night to get maintainance. In the morning the breakfast was in a fast large area only 6 small tables. Very limited b/fast, no fruit or yogurt, all that was in the (dirty) fridge was a gallon of milk. The juice machine had an Out Of Order sign, waffle Iron only half cooked it. The area had cardboard boxes stored & a random couch. My daughter planned on using the pool but looking at the rest of the place didn't want to try it. We are starting her at college and need a hotel for overnight stays for the next 4 years but this is this not it. It looks like it was an old red roof inn, overall like an old cheap motel and should charge accordingly, not charge for mid budget. Didn't bother to complain there was too much to complain about and front desk couldn't do anything about it anyway. We just left never to return. One positive- no bed bugs.

not a thing this place was aweful but we had no choice do to getting in so late at night. everything the smell, the sticky floor, the leakign water from the fridge, ac was not turned on in either rooms even after they changed our romms ( still nasty just one had carpet so you could not hear the sticky floor).

Location to destination. Rooms need much work! I can forget about bad bathroom ceilings or shower curtain rod ready to fall off, but there is no reason why the refrigerator should have food from previous person inside or hair on bed sheets! Cleaning is critical if people are going to come back!

This place is gross! We pulled up, checked in and went to our room. The smell in the hallways and room was awful. It smelled like smoke and marijuana everywhere we went. The garbage cans outside were overflowing and there was random people just hanging out around the hotel. Everything was very outdated and dirty. The lady at the front desk was nice but she’s about the only good thing about this hotel. My husband and I were traveling with our 4 children and we were absolutely not staying there. We checked out and went to a different hotel about 2 exits away. We checked out as fast as we could. If you care for your family at all, avoid this hotel.

This place smells horrible.....very out of date, musty and smokey smelling on the entire floor. The staircases are awful and they do not have an elevator. Room service cleaned my room once my entire stay, and I ran out of toilet paper for the last two days I was there and it was never replenished.
