Staff was very courteous and helpful

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

The shower water spills all over the floor cuz it’s the shower had no step or barrier.

Overall great hotel just had issues with room service bringing towels and taking trash. Stayed 5 days and had to request towels and room services.

Front seat and restaurant staff were great - cleaning staff horrible - had two one week stays and same experience both times

It was good

Dirty, coffee pots don’t work, calls from front desk at 11 about deliveries. No restroom condiments. As form at the front desk said that somebody would come up and the guy acted like it wasn’t his job.. blocked out 15 rooms for Conference and issues checking in and getting things fixed countless calls to the front into customer relations feel like I’m staying in a motel six in the room as the floors and rooms have a smell and just dirty all of my employees have complained of the same. It’s not a Marriott standard.

Beautiful new and clean hotel not very busy and great prices definitely will stay there again. It is also in the middle of city limits of Marietta and Temecula so you were close to either side. You are right along the 15 freeway which is the major interstate to travel up and down California perfect place to stay that is an hour from San Diego, Orange County or LA and you also have the mountains which is an hour

The hotel is very modern which we liked, and close to anything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful area. Check in wasn't so good. I had a copy of your reservation # but they were initially not able to find it. Eventually said it was under the name of Menning Sue rather than Sue Menning. That might have been okay but then at 5pm (we said we would be there at 4pm) they didn't have a room ready. I asked (tongue in cheek) if we could use the room for Menning Sue. Anyway, it was about 5 minutes and they gave us our room key. But once upstairs, Housekeeping was just leaving our room and the floors were all still wet from being mopped. Once dried, it was okay until bed time when we noticed that our king bed top sheet did not really fit the king size width-wise, length-wise was fine. Just a small (weird) inconvenience.

Hotel is modern and has spacious rooms with every detail tailored for a comfortable stay. Loved the full size mirror! Bed was super comfortable! Nothing to not like.

Not bad. Decently amenities. Clean rooms, but no room service over a 9 day stay. Busy and loud

Room was clean , and hallways as well. Every employee that we had interaction or just walked by them they were friendly and professional , Dinning area was always clean and the food was very good. Gym area has exactly what you need for working out when traveling overall it was a great stay at a great price it was our first time staying here and we will definitely stay again in the future.
