The mattress was not comfortable

The rooms and property were very clean, so grateful the staff could check us in early. Loves that we had main level and by the door rooms. Breakfast was a hit for our large group of 9, something for everyones liking. We enjoyed the pool and took advantage of the ice machine. There was plenty of parking and it was a very nice and quiet area.

Everything. Great price great location great service. The breakfast was disgusting. I never eat sausage that’s in intestines. Sausage needs to be brown.

Good location, clean, comfortable bed. Allaround good place to stay. Only gripe, is the added parking charge of $10.00. There is plenty of parking space, much like other Hampton properties that do not charge for parking. Do not see a reason for the added fee except to for easy profit. Overall, though, a good stay.

It’s nice and clean and they have breakfast. It’s close to food places.

The toilets need to be higher. I am a normal sized person and had a hard time getting off the toilet.

The room was fine. However, we arrived for late check in and when we got to the room we noticed the door to the toilet room of the bathroom was closed. Upon opening the door the smell about made us vomit. Too tired to mess with changing rooms we turned on the fan, closed the door and went to bed. Middle of the night everything was back to normal. Obviously, somebody used the restroom before we entered the room…. Also, another irritant was the $10.00 self parking fee tacked on to our bill. Never seen a fee like that at a Hampton. Kind of disappointed. We have always been a big fan of Hampton when traveling. Not going to stay here again.

The room smelled horrible. We were too tired to complain and move. Restroom smelled even worse. And small cockroach was in the restroom

We were faced with a difficult situation as I was hospitalized half way through our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and they went out of their way to assist my wife with with a range of issues.

One of the best hotel I stayed. Everything was great especially front desk.

The clerk at check out said it is only every two days at their low end hotels. I guess a 220/night room is low end now at Hilton hotels. The location is good, the rooms are a bit dated but functional. It did its job but not much more.
